Our guests can experience traditional Mallorcan life, while also enjoying modern comforts. The house is in a quiet street very close to the harbour, and a wide selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. Live without haste, enjoy healthy food, sail to virgin beaches, and take a walk at night among the many small shops of the port.

Traditional house converted into a spectacular space to enjoy your vacation. Located in the highest and quietest part of the village. Incredible views of a unique environment. Spacious rooms, Mediterranean decor. Enjoy all the comforts in Mallorca's most authentic village. Access is pedestrian and with several flights of stairs, but the reward is in the impressive sunsets you will see from the terrace. There is a public parking lot 8 minutes from the property.

This house with a nautical style is located in Sant Elm, in the picturesque village in the southwest of Mallorca, opposite Dragonera Island. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it has 3 floors and on the top floor an extra room with panoramic views and a terrace for a wine or coffee in the morning. The location is idyllic with access to the sea and a romantic beach of rocks and clear, clean water. The perfect place to relax and hide from everyday life.

The villa was built in 1960 and completely renovated in 2017. We kept the sixties and Mediterranean style outside. The house is equipped with all modern amenities. It has stunning sea views. It has the sea just below where you can swim and is 150 meters from the beach. It is located on a pedestrian street. The Balearic government requires a tourist tax of €2.50 per day and per person, collected in cash by the owner.

It is an old fishermen's house completely modernized in a perfect environment for quiet family vacations, since San Telmo is a town that still retains the spirit of the holidays of yesteryear. Opposite Dragonera Island, a protected natural park with the best waters in the Balearic Islands, and at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana, a World Heritage Site, which allows hiking enthusiasts to make wonderful excursions.

2 km outside the small village of Es Llombards/ Santanyi lies this small cosy finca for 2 persons. With a large living-dining room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, 2 people can spend a wonderful, peaceful holiday here. The outdoor area with plenty of seating and lounging options as well as sun and shade areas and an outdoor retro bathtub round off the comfort of the finca.

Our charming countryside house has recently refurbished, equipped with all the luxury amenities and tastefully decorated. The house is located in S’Arraco (right between Andratx and San Telmo) and overlooks to beautiful Tramuntana Mountains. The short drive from the road to the house is a small piece not too narrow but curvy and a bit rough, but not difficult to drive. Our pool is 5m to 10m.
