The place is very nice and quiet. We took advantage of the pool that is not very busy and very clean. We spent the last days of our trip in total relaxation and peace. I never found a home so organized - there was really everything you need. How to stay in your home! Good Jo!

Came across Diana's place when we (husband, myself and 2 kids aged 13 & 14) were looking for somewhere to stay for a few days. The apartment is massive. My kids were able to have their own space and bathroom as were my husband and I. Lovely lounge/diner space and kitchen had everything we needed. Check-in was excellent. Our flight was arriving early morning, and we asked if we could leave our luggage on-site until we could check-in. Hosts were able to allow us early check-in which was fantastic. The concierge was always on-hand and ordered a taxi to the airport when we were leaving. The pool was a lovely way to chill after a full on day of walking around the city. Well maintained and not too overlooked. The apartment location was excellent. Close to lots of attractions and also department store and supermarkets. Bus stop around the corner for buses into city or beach. Loads of local restaurants offering tapas or bigger meals or just a drink. Overall a fabulous stay! Thank you.

New apartment with a perfect location. Quiet area and close to downtown . Luxury terrace in a very manicured residential complex.

Had the absolute best time here! Arrival went smoothly, the host (Alexandra) was simply amazing and the apartment was very clean. It is very close to public transport (bus and metro) and also walkable distance to the city centre. Supermarkets within 5mins walking distance. I also loved the park just out front: perfect for a morning run! Airconditioning worked great, shower was amazing, service was superb and we felt totally at home! Just one thing to pay attention to: the host rents out multiple Airbnb’s in the same building. The pictures showed are of various apartments. I discovered this after already having booked, but when I expressed my concerns and preferences they immediately gave me the apartment I wanted (with separate bedroom). However, I think it would be better if this was clearly stated in the advertisement, or if they made separate advertisements. The apartment was a little different than was shown on the pictures (layout), but we did not mind at all, so all was good!

Everything is correct. Just as shown in the photos. Mila is very attentive and responds quickly. He made it easy for me to get in and out. Right on the beach.

We had a brilliant time at the property. The balcony in the evening overlooking the pool was perfect for evening drinks. The location was great not far from the harbour, beach and city centre. Nuria and Melissa were really helpful offering lots of recommendations. Thank you!

You get what you see on the pictures. Really clean, view to the sea, great kitchen! Its a great place to stay and to de-city for a while. The (beautiful) beach is a 5-10 minute drive and really worth it. Communication is flawless and quick, exactly as it needs to be!

The apartment is great, the location is excellent and the host was very attentive and kind at all times.

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

We stayed two weeks in Veronica's nice apartment. Everything was very good in the accommodation. Very well-equipped kitchen. You can almost cook any dish you want there, the equipment is sufficient wherever you want to cook. A couple of minutes walk to the beach and there are two nice beach chairs available. Wi-Fi is good. The area is very quiet and safe. A large nice pool and a very well-kept garden to enjoy. Good bus connection to city center. It takes about 40 minutes. Want a nice vacation? Rent Veronica's apartment!

They had a great time at this place, Rober and Gema were very kind to them and attentive at all times. Highly recommended.

Beautiful penthouse, with all the amenities, the only thing to improve is the bed below that is very uncomfortable but there were 4 of us and we had another single bed and the sofa, otherwise it is highly recommended, we will return

We had a great time in Valencia! Listing was as described, clean and very nice. The owners were super welcoming, always available and very proactive. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and were flexible about the check-out time, which was very nice. Really friendly and professional hosts – we highly recommend!

Eva is great. We rented the villa to celebrate our baby's first birthday with the family. Eva let us visit the villa in advance to plan the preparations, and she also allowed us to bring things on the Thursday before the event to better organize ourselves. She was very attentive to everything and personally she is a very nice and outgoing girl. The villa is a 10, both in the decoration and in the details it has, the pool, the rooms, the terrace, even the bar!!! It far exceeds everything one could ask for. Thank you very much for everything, it was a wonderful weekend. Highly recommended!!!

The house is beautiful with one bedroom on each floor which provides lots of space and privacy. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the port.

We had a splendid week at Jose's place. The villa is absolutely bonkers, has a lot of bedrooms and enough bathrooms for all people, as well as super spacy common areas and yard. The house is cool even if you don't use the AC. The amenities were great, we had everything we need. When we arrived, check-in was easy and the place was spotless. The only downside is the distance to the city centre and beaches - you have to plan your commuting well. But, there is easy access to the metro and you can use Uber and Freenow services as well. Huge thanks to Jose for being responsive during our entire stay, taking care of our needs and providing this wonderful villa for our vacation. Cheers!

Never being in Valencia, this was a wonderful location. Walk to the beach, dining was all around us and very good. Bus service to city center was wonderful. Bus Pass was great and thanks to Maria telling us about it, it did work. The space was wonderful, and each bedroom was just perfect for our family. The only thing that we missed was a patio or balcony to sit out in the morning to have out coffee. But we would return again. Thanks, Maria, for being the best host!!!! Also, your son was wonderful to help us with our Spanish.... Conner family
