Reception hours: • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Weekends and public holidays: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM The building also features a shared outdoor swimming pool (4 x 5.75 m and 3 x 2 m), perfect for cooling off, enjoying the sun, and relaxing during your stay. Municipal tourist tax: The current rate is €10.45 per person, per night. It is not included in the reservation price and must be paid through online check-in. House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask you to keep the following rules in mind: • Check-in: from 3:00 PM • Check-out: by 11:00 AM • If online check-in has not been completed, late arrivals are subject to the following fees:  • 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM — €30  • 12:00 AM – 10:00 AM — €50 • Guests must present a valid ID at their arrival. • To book, at least one guest must be 25 years or older. • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. • Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Parties or events are not allowed. • The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests indicated in the reservation. • Pets are not allowed. • Before check-out, please place trash in the designated bins and load used dishes and glasses into the dishwasher.

Nuestro acogedor apartamento de 81 m2 ofrece fácil acceso al vibrante centro de Barcelona y la tranquilidad de un barrio frente al mar. ¡Bienvenido a mi apartamento! Su práctica ubicación, sus modernas comodidades y su proximidad al mar ofrecen a los visitantes una estancia cómoda y agradable. Está diseñado con una planta abierta. El salón cuenta con un gran sofá, un televisor de pantalla plana para ver todos sus programas favoritos, una mesa de comedor donde podrá cenar con sus seres queridos y una puerta que da a una terraza amueblada, perfecta para relajarse. La cocina dispone de los utensilios de cocina y cubertería necesarios para preparar deliciosos platos caseros. Hay dos dormitorios. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio, mientras que el segundo tiene una cama individual. Ambas camas tienen ropa de cama de calidad de hotel para el máximo confort. El cuarto de baño contiene todos los elementos esenciales; toallas limpias y artículos de tocador de cortesía también se proporcionarán para su conveniencia. El apartamento siempre se limpia profesionalmente para su comodidad. Disfrute de su estancia. Los huéspedes tendrán acceso a toda la residencia. El check-in puede hacerse a partir de las 16h horas, según disponibilidad y confirmación. Proporcionamos las comodidades básicas para el primer uso: muestras de gel de ducha, champú, jabón, papel higiénico, papel de cocina, esponja, productos para lavar la vajilla y bolsa de basura. Si necesita limpieza o ropa de cama adicional, háganoslo saber y estaremos encantados de proporcionarle un cargo adicional. Tenga en cuenta que para estancias superiores a 30 noches, se aplicará una política de uso razonable de los servicios públicos con un límite de 80 euros. Llaves extra: 20€ (par de llaves extra cuando estén disponibles, llaves perdidas o servicio para abrir la puerta durante su estancia). Bonito apartamento con terraza y balcón a 15min (metro) de Sagrada Familia, 20min del centro de Barcelona(Passeig de Gracia), 15min andando hasta la playa. Muy bien comunicado con Metro-Bus-Tranvia-Tren. Terraza 75m con muebles(sofá, sillones, mesas) y plantas para un descanso placentero. Apartamento muy luminoso limpio y confortable con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. La zona es muy tranquila con cafeterías, bares y buenos restaurantes a buen precio. Parking municipal gratis muy cerca.
