You are 3 mile drive from City of Greenville, 1 mile to Swamp Rabbit Trail, 2 miles to Travelers Rest & Furman is a short walk. It does not have a kitchen, but is equipped with microwave, toaster, Keurig, a regular small coffee pot, kettle & small refrigerator. Utensils and flatware provided.

Caution: Several Guests have noted and given low reviews due to the neighborhood: "neighborhood was run down" "surrounding area was a little uncomfortable" "unfortunately, the area that kills the charm of the unit" This bungalow is an 8 minutes uber to downtown. "The neighborhood was better than it appears and we did not feel unsafe during our stay" The house is not in a gentrified neighborhood. There are nicer listings in nicer areas at a higher price point. This house is a budget option.

The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.
