An exclusive and high-quality 90 sqm apartment awaits you on the upper floor of an old farmhouse in a quiet, secluded location, directly from the old dike. The property is located in the middle of the idyll, surrounded by countless fields and a breathtaking view into the distance. The sea or the nearest swimming area is 5-10 minutes away by car. Meldorf is the nearest town, about 10 minutes by car, where, for example, shopping can be done.

Please note that the only door is the bathroom door - the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the colors are from the chalk period, the paints are water-based.

The accommodation is part of our Quellental forest estate in Odderade, Dithmarschen district and is located in the middle of a forest clearing, nestled in a picturesque pond area. Our forestry operation is part of the largest forest area on the North Sea coast, the Riesewohld. Here, 700 hectares of partly uncultivated, natural forest invite you to linger and explore.

Norderdiekhuus is a light-flooded thatched roof house, directly on the dike and within walking distance to the beach, located on the edge of St. Peter-Ording. Take a deep breath and take a seat: in the upholstered chair on the wooden terrace, on the bench by the floor-to-ceiling window, in the armchair by the fireplace or in our outdoor sauna on the edge of the meadow.
