The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Welcome to our guest house, which we call Brygghuset, because there was a red brewery building on the site before we built the house in 2022. It is located in a somewhat secluded spot in a large, lush garden belonging to Villa Solbacken, our permanent residence in Skogsdala, Kivik. From the house, it is within walking distance to Kivikviks harbor, beach and restaurants. It is important to note that the house has a steep staircase to the loft and no gates, so it is not childproof. At our place, guests clean themselves and bring their own sheets
