Small house in Kivik

Welcome to our guest house, which we call Brygghuset, because there was a red brewery building on the site before we built the house in 2022. It is located in a somewhat secluded spot in a large, lush garden belonging to Villa Solbacken, our permanent residence in Skogsdala, Kivik. From the house, it is within walking distance to Kivikviks harbor, beach and restaurants. It is important to note that the house has a steep staircase to the loft and no gates, so it is not childproof. At our place, guests clean themselves and bring their own sheets

In Gladsax Manor, there is now the possibility to rent the cozy black guest house. Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen, close to the sea, nature, attractions and in combination with a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guest house is adapted for 2 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy that little extra both indoors and outdoors on the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has a total area of 50 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2

Guesthouse in beautiful Ravlunda outside Kivik

Newly-built (autumn 2023) bright and airy eco-house of 30 sqm in the middle of Ravlunda. Living room with high ceilings. Bedroom with two beds. Loft with two beds. Bathroom with shower. Around the house it's gated with fences. There is room for both play and breaks in the sun. New for 2025 is that we built an entrance roof. We provide bed linen, bathroom towels and a small basic assortment in the pantry. You will also receive freshly baked bread during the local sourdough bakery's open days.

Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

Njut av vackra Österlen i Ekohuset på Ekorrbo. Här bor du enskilt och insynsskyddat, omgiven av träd och med utsikt över de böljande skånska landskapet strax söder om Rörum. The renovated guesthouse is attached to the main farmhouse, which is also an architect atelier. 2 bedroom unit with a living-room, bathroom and a fully furnished kitchen. A bed sofa in the living room, can be used for two extra adults. Private entrance with both private and shared outdoor spaces. Friendly 🐓 are part of the common spaces. Enjoy!

Torpet med sin glasveranda, uteplatser och trädgård ligger i skogsbrynet med utsikt över änglandskap. Köket har diskmaskin, spis, ugn och kyl. Täljstenskamin i vardagsrum. Tvättmaskin i källaren. Bäddning, sänglinne och handdukar ingår. Skogsstigar med bär och kantarellplockning. Städning ingår ej men går bra att boka som tillägg. Obs! Från November går det enbart att bo i ett av sovrummen. 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Vid kalla dagar sover man på nedanvåningen i vardagsrummet.
