Located on the ground floor of my house with private entrance and parking space. Small apartment, about 40 square meters, cozy and comfortable. It is very suitable for 2 people, but up to 3 or 4 (one child) people can live there. It is located on the first floor of my house with its own entrance door and parking space.

The spacious townhouse is located in Miltenberg, the pearl on the Untermain. Odenwald and Spessart meet here on the Main and allow relaxing days in nature as well as a visit to the old town. A beautiful garden with three terraces, barbecue, fire bowl and sandbox are available for the large and small guests to relax. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.
