cozy accommodation in a great location. Right next door are two supermarkets, the train station is also very close. The beach is a totally beautiful walk through the forest of about 15 minutes. The apartment looks exactly like the photos and is very clean. Everything is a bit minimalist but totally sufficient. The WiFi signal is not particularly strong, but that did not bother us. Because the kitchen is used by 3 apartments, you can talk to the other guests and have a bit of a hostel feeling, which I found very nice. Ron has always been easy to reach and is very nice. He even turned on the grill for us :)

I stayed for one month. It was a very clean and well-furnished home with everything you might need, and quite modern. I didn’t experience any problems during my stay. The host, Laura, is also a really nice person. I would recommend it to everyone. :)

We had a great time in Barlin. The village is very relaxed and great for walking and enjoying nature. The place is very quiet, has an idyllic garden and the highlight: a sauna with a fireplace :) Anja and her husband are also super nice and were always able to help us if we needed something or had a question. We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back!

Well equipped kitchenette, the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. We are happy to be a guest again at Heiko.

Frank's apartment is in the middle of Rostock city and offers a perfect starting point due to the free parking. You can go shopping in a relaxed way or quickly take the tram and S-Bahn to Warnemünde to the beach. Our son was thrilled because the apartment not only impresses with its generous size, but also because there is a swing and a piano in the living room. We would book this apartment again at any time and can only recommend it!

Me and my three daughters spent some wonderful days in Norbert & Stefan's beautiful accommodation. By car, the surrounding excursion destinations such as Rostock, the Baltic Sea or the beautiful Wismar can be reached easily and quite quickly. We felt very comfortable.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. Check-in was straightforward and the place very clean and wonderfully furnished. The accommodation is in a quiet and at the same time central area of Rostock. The main train station is within a few minutes' walk, as well as all other attractions. There are two supermarkets nearby. In Café Paula, which is also a good 6-minute walk away, you can get a good breakfast for a reasonable price. Overall, we are very, very, and would book again.

We enjoyed the days in the apartment very much. The attic, which was converted into a bedroom, was my favorite place, sun-drenched, spacious and very comfortable. There we slept in, drank tea, read, and let the day go by quietly. We were lovingly cared for and we didn't miss anything. The lake and the Peene are always worth a trip and there are plenty of good cafes and art to discover. And we enjoyed the exchange with the hosts Karin and Kurt and are grateful for it. Since it led me to the Baltic Sea for work, I spent my first 6 months in Rostock with André. The contact with André was always great, quick and pleasant. I was even able to have my mail sent to him, which made life very easy. The apartment is well and quietly located and has a parking space under the carport. From Sievershagen, I was able to easily reach all my stations in the training on any side of the Warnow. In addition, a shopping center is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a spiral staircase. It has a fully furnished living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. All rooms are well equipped and all separate, so you can also cook without the whole apartment smells like it. For example, an ironing board, a clothes dryer and a vacuum cleaner are also provided. I enjoyed the time with André and was able to arrive in Rostock excellently.

Great apartment, perfect for a stay for 2 people. Many steps that are easy to walk on (step height). Great central but quiet location. Very nice contact, quick feedback, you receive all important information promptly and are well looked after. The staff are very nice and give good tips. Highly recommended, we will be happy to come back.

That was a great stay which I have enjoyed a lot, the only thing that bothered me was the problem with parking my car, maybe as a guest i do deserve to park my car not in overpriced parking lot, but that’s not my hosts problem. Great trip, great nature, beautiful sea shore with magnificent blood red sunsets.

We wanted peace and quiet over New Year's Eve, and we got it. The contact was extremely friendly. The apartment is very spacious and cozy. The location is sensational if you are a friend of nature and silence. Absolute recommendation.

Great little apartment with beautiful garden, just like in the photos. The tree house is perfect for children (sorry Mathias, the pulley for the bucket is a little knotted :-)). The location is perfect, you are 2 minutes from the train station and about 30 minutes' walk to Rostock.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week. The apartment was extremely clean and beautifully furnished. We felt very comfortable, and thanks to the nice weather, we were able to enjoy breakfast at the outdoor table. There’s also a forest nearby, perfect for walks and stretching. The Starke family is friendly and very polite. Highly recommend, and I hope to stay here again!

The place looks the same as in the photos. It is very clean, plenty of storage space is available and all kinds of utensils you need. The view is very nice and the proximity to the beach is really a dream. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. Extremely sufficient space for 6 people. Even with the two bathrooms, there was no morning "scramble"! Everything is super clean, wonderfully quiet. Shopping just across the street. Everything is great! We will be back.

Wonderful stay & something very special! We felt at home from the first moment and it is not common to live in a castle estate, with great flair. The estate is lovingly maintained, which invites you to linger outside, horses are there and fresh eggs from the chickens are also available on request. The apartment was lovingly furnished, sparkling clean and perfectly equipped. The warm welcome and attention of the host made our stay unforgettable. We will be happy to come back! We thank René for the beautiful weekend in the apartment. In the village itself, we did nothing, but it was only a 12-18 minute drive to Rerik or Kühlungsborn. The apartment was very neat and clean. We particularly liked the well-equipped kitchen and the quiet balcony. A highlight, especially since the weather was not so good, was the "spa area" in the basement, which can be used by several apartments of the house. Very clean and private. Great atmosphere for a relaxing bath or sauna. Thanks for the tip, René. We will definitely recommend the apartment and maybe come back again.
