If you don't mind living somewhat far from Seoul, this place is for you. It's very spacious, comfortable, modern, in an excellent area, with many very good restaurants and cafes around, close to parks for walking. The host's attention was exemplary.

I decided to visit again with the acquaintances I visited this time. It's pretty good, except for the fact that you have to be quiet at night outdoors. There is a convenience store within a 10-minute round trip.
