Super Unterkunft, wenn man etwas ruhiger mag. Mit dem Auto ist aber alles schnell erreichbar. Anastasios ist sehr gastfreundlich und gibt gute Tipps für Unternehmungen. Die Angestellten sind auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde wieder hinfahren.

We had a great stay! We picked this place mostly for the 3 bedrooms (so our little kids could space out & sleep) & pool. The outdoor space was incredible - stunning pool, comfortable chairs by the pool, big outdoor table, and plenty of sun/shade. The inside was very clean. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very small. It wasn’t a problem for us because we spent most of our time outside or traveling to beaches, but just beware if you are planning for a crib in a room. The basement room is very big, just has a pull out couch as a bed. The kitchen was small but had the basics, and no table inside. The bathrooms are tiny and water spills out of the shower some. Water pressure and hot water were great though! The location was central and easy to drive to beaches nearby (Siviri fav beach, Afytos fav village). There is a beach about 30m away, but it is rocky with no chairs. The hosts were responsive and helpful, on the property a lot. Neighbors are close but bushes create privacy. Quiet and safe area!

We were greeted by a sweet and hospitable mother of the owner! The house is located on a secluded and quiet street, surrounded by coniferous trees. Lovely yard with gazebo and lawn. To the beach 3 minutes by car! We lived on the second floor and the terrace had a wonderful view of the forest! Definitely recommend for a quiet and comfortable holiday in nature!!!

This property is a beautiful refuge, and provided a spectacular location for a meeting of friends that also included a series of business meetings/discussions. The views are spectacular, there is a nice public beach nearby, and you can access a lovely (if pricey) resort nearby where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and a market. This is about a 3 minute drive away. Better yet, if you cross the peninsula (about a 12-minute drive) to Nea Fokea, there are good restaurants at half the price, a larger market, and also a lovely public beach. That said--you don't have to leave the property to enjoy a great time. There is a breeze to cool things down much of the time, a nice small pool/spa and spectacular sunsets. The interior of the house is comfortable, and feels like a lovely family home--it has essentially two apartments, with separate kitchens upstairs and down. The wifi was more than adequate for 5 to use simultaneously, and we were able to hold international Zoom meetings.

Nous (moi, mon mari et ma fille) avons passé un séjour incroyable chez Christopher et sa femme! Ce sont des hôtes très accueillants et réactifs. Leur maison est non seulement idéalement située à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la plage de Sani dans la péninsule de Chalcidique, nichée au cœur d'une forêt de pins, mais elle est également d'une propreté impeccable et équipée de tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin, du détergent à lessive aux serviettes de plage, en passant par les épices et même l'eau potable. Je n'aurais pas pu rêver mieux. Je recommande vivement !

The house was absolutely beautiful, spatious, clean with a huge garden and surrounded by nature. Close to organized and not organized beaches and to the nearest village. The host was very easy to talk to, answered all my questions immediately and even bought a children's bed just for us. Will totally visit again and absolutely recommend it.

Villa in the Sani forest with a fantastic garden, as shown in the pictures. 20 min walk (a bit uphill/downhill but it wasn't a problem for us) or 5 min with the car to the most beautiful beach on Halkidiki. Good communication with the host. *My only suggestion would be to change the mattress in the master bedroom since it is too soft and it is very difficult for two people to sleep without rolling toward each other and waking up. Everything else was great, we would visit again.

The place was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and inviting space. The amenities were exactly as described and in excellent condition, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. Saule was an exceptional host, always responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The location was convenient and very quiet and peaceful. Overall, I felt that the stay offered great value for the price. I highly recommend staying to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.
