Treat yourself to the lower suite of our Sandy River home located just 2 miles from downtown Troutdale, OR. Our suite includes a sauna and an indoor soaking tub (not jetted.) We live above the suite and we have a toddler who is in daycare during the work hours and typically sleeps from 7pm to 7 am. There is a locked, sound absorbing accordian door. Yet, you may still be able to hear us from time to time. We are located on a scenic hwy minutes away from Edgefield and the Columbia River Gorge.

Note: Home has a very steep driveway. In the winter, you will need 4x4 or all-wheel drive to get to the top in snow or ice. There is parking at the bottom of the driveway with about 100 yard trek from the bottom to the top.
