We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how well-kept and thoughtfully designed the house was. Every detail—from the tasteful decor to the spacious, light-filled rooms—made it feel like a true getaway. But what really set this place apart was the unbeatable access to the beach. It was just a short walk away, making it easy to come and go throughout the day without any hassle. Morning coffee with an ocean breeze? Yes, please. Another major highlight was the host. They were quick, responsive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible. Any time we had a request or question, they handled it with speed and care. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and determination, and it made a huge difference. If you’re looking for a beautiful, beachside home with top-notch hosting, this is it. We will be back soon! Highly recommend!

Estuvimos yo y mi familia pasando el fin de semana en casa del anfitrión Jordan, nos encantó la casa, sus vistas preciosas y tenía más cosas de lo que imaginamos. El anfitrión muy amable y nos sentimos muy agusto, sin duda recomendamos todo!

Josh and Christina’s place was excellent! The views were incredible, and Tower 3 is definitely the spot—more private, peaceful, and way less crowded (especially with kids) compared to Towers 1 and 2. The condo itself felt brand new—everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms was spotless and well-appointed. The patio was easily my favorite part; we spent a lot of time out there just soaking in the views. As a mid-30s business owner who works too much, this was the perfect escape. That said, it’d be great for families too—you can bring the kids to the quiet Tower 3 pool or head over to Towers 1 and 2 to use their amenities. Highly recommend this place, whether you're looking to relax or still want access to the action!

We are Puerto Peñasco regulars and have stayed at many places along sandy beach and this beach home was fantastic for our family and friends with plenty of beds and bathrooms and a large open concept kitchen and living room. We also enjoyed the patio in the evenings. This home is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood, has great beach access with a walkway directly from the house to the beach and is only a short 2 minute walk to the community pool. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Esperanza, it was the perfect place for our group!

Gorgeous, architecturally stunning home located a in a quiet, upscale, secure subdivision. We had just a few people on our stay but the size and layout could easily handle more people. We had a great stay. Thank you

Our stay was wonderful. The grounds are well kept, very easy to access the beach with a beautiful view from the balcony. There are pools and hot tubs, with a swim up bar. There is a restaurant available on site as well as a spa and a small convenience store. A few shops and restaurants right around the area. The only comment I would make is that the pictures show a bathtub but there is actually an updated shower. Although the shower is very nice, we picked this unit specifically for the bathtub since we were bringing our baby with us.

Walking distance to Banditos for the RCPM Music Fest. Check in was easy and unit close to the elevator. Pool was very nice and a great view of the gulf.

We have stayed in this unit several times and we are never disappointed. Great place to stay that has great views, things to do and a short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you again Wendy and team for an amazing trip!

We’ve stayed at several beach condos in Rocky Point, but this one was our favorite. Tastefully decorated and comfortable.

We had a piece full stay with family. Great service at the front desk. Lauren was there and told us everything that we needed to know. Really friendly and polite. She was helpful from the beginning and answered all questions truthfully. We would stay at this location and will recommend friends and family that will visit Rocky Point.

Beautiful place in a beautiful location. Made for a wonderful beach vacation for our kiddo! We loved how we could walk out the door and just stroll to the beach.
