place was a great location for beach access. Great security and overall a great place. it's clean, comfortable with an awesome pool and hot tub. not sure if cock roaches are normal for the area but we did experience a few. I will definitely be back to this place again. my family loved I t overall and no complaints.

Beyond a 5 star experience. Pictures are exactly what you find inside, with many extras to make all your coffee dreams come true 😉 Very clean. Through instructions to utilize all the amenities. Peaceful sleep with the ocean breeze coming right through your balcony doors! Better then expected on all levels!

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Adam’s condo! It was super clean and comfortable, it smelled good and it was spacious for our family of 4. We definitely enjoyed the kid pool area as well as having the beach super close only about a 2 minute walk from the condo! Adam was quick at responding when we needed assistance w/ working the cable tv and the apps. The security and staff were amazing as well. We will definitely book again!

After driving around awhile looking for a place to stay one night Boan’s place came in clutch ! It was a quick response and quick check in ! The place was just as described and more . When I come back I will definitely reach out to Boan for another stay .

We recently stayed at Joshua’s place and could not have been happier. The place was absolutely gorgeous and the views were spectacular! Josh was very responsive with some minor questions. The beds were comfortable and plenty of dishes in the kitchen were easily accessible. The hotel itself is still under construction as there is no main lobby, restaurants or gym in phase 3. However we were able to access them thru the other phases. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you to the host for making our trip to puerto penasco memorable!

Our family regularly visits and this was one of the best condos we’ve stayed in hands down. The ground floor access made it so easy for the kids to go in and out while being right by the pool and beach! We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning and playing in the grass every evening once everyone had their fill of the water. We WILL BE RETURNING to this spot! Our host Jill promptly responded with every correspondence as well.

Jenn was so amazingly helpful when situations came up outside both our control. She was very responsive and a quick problem solver! You can tell she truly wants you to be able to relax and make sure you feel at home!

First and foremost I was able to speak to Thomas on a personal level and he's a solid human and it reflects in his condo. We come down twice a year and this is the first time we tried a different condo from our regular spot. The check in process was smooth and was able to check in a little early. (after the long drive you want to go into vacation mode and we where able to)The condo is modern and sleek. The room temp is cool, the shower water is hot, washer and dryer functional, and the multicharging station is money. The condo is visually welcoming and flows. I highly recommend it especially for the price point. You can feel Thomas takes pride in his condo and in the hospitality he provides. Hopefully this helps with your decision, you cant go wrong with picking this spot.👌🏽

Donald’s place was great. We love phase 2 and his location is great. One day it was very windy and we spent more time than usual indoors. His furniture was comfy and the views from the patio are perfect. The artwork in his condo made it stand apart from others we’ve stayed in at Rocky Point. 5 STARS!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was super easy to get into, very clean, and looked exactly as advertised. Prime ground floor location in Princesa next to Colin’s, steps away from the pools and beach, extra large patio to relax on. We will definitely be back!

The house is gorgeous super comfortable and with great amenities, great please to relax and enjoy the views, however, if you want to go sea swing this isn’t the place to go since the tides go up and down (far away) twice a day.

Highly recommend this new phase 3 unit at Las Palomas! It is much quieter than phase 2 but that also meant we had more fun at the phase 2 pool. Luckily the walk is not far. There’s mini golf at the phase 3 pool but they don’t have gear to provide you for that—wish I’d known, we would’ve brought a putter and balls from home and the kids were disappointed seeing the mini golf course and not being able to play. Rene’s unit is clean and has a full, very well equipped kitchen. However, I didn’t read the fine print saying we need to provide our own coffee filters so that was less fun noticing once there and then after buying the filters from the store we learned the coffee maker is broken. Rene was very communicative and receptive to the issues I brought to her attention so I’m sure the coffee maker will work for the next guests—just make sure you read the note about the filters! Overall, still a 5-star rating. Thank you Rene!

SueAnn was a great host, and would highly recommend her condo. It has probably the best view from any of the other properties in Puerto Penasco, it literally is just a 2-3 minute walk down to the beach and the water is amazing! The property “Sonoran Sun” has everything you need, such as a convenience store, spa and restaurant. I can’t wait to go back! Thanks again!

Pam was a super host; extremely communicative and caring, quick to respond. The house was beautiful, clean and as described. Outside had so many amenities and fun to hang out there. Close to the most beautiful sandy beach, uncrowded and excellent shelling. Easy walk to public access, maybe half a block. Roads in Las Conchas are packed clay and regularly maintained to minimize potholes and washboarding. Speed limit of 35 mph allows for quick trips into the town itself. Only negative would be the coded pad for entry through the front door. Pam was quick to respond with helpful instructions so no big deal. Thank you for allowing us to check in early. The amenities could be clearer on the AC. It is there if needed but we never needed it. Keeping the place opened up allowed the ocean breezes to come in. Nighttime was very cool and the breezes really cooled the place. Very quiet location. Wonderful slumber

We had a great and relaxing time staying here. Place had everything we needed. Our host was very quick to respond and so friendly. Definitely recommend staying here, family friendly and lots to do. The beds were comfy and the whole place was super clean. Can’t wait to come back!
