Beautiful home, we enjoyed the pool! We loved that it was private and super clean! Awesome host, very responsive. She went above and beyond. She helped us make my mom's birthday special. I really recommend this home.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how well-kept and thoughtfully designed the house was. Every detail—from the tasteful decor to the spacious, light-filled rooms—made it feel like a true getaway. But what really set this place apart was the unbeatable access to the beach. It was just a short walk away, making it easy to come and go throughout the day without any hassle. Morning coffee with an ocean breeze? Yes, please. Another major highlight was the host. They were quick, responsive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible. Any time we had a request or question, they handled it with speed and care. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and determination, and it made a huge difference. If you’re looking for a beautiful, beachside home with top-notch hosting, this is it. The house is gorgeous super comfortable and with great amenities, great please to relax and enjoy the views, however, if you want to go sea swing this isn’t the place to go since the tides go up and down (far away) twice a day.

Eddy's place was perfect for our two families. The kids loved the bunk beds and pool, the adults loved the available amenities and the margarita deck! We will be back in the future; it was perfect!

SueAnn was a great host, and would highly recommend her condo. It has probably the best view from any of the other properties in Puerto Penasco, it literally is just a 2-3 minute walk down to the beach and the water is amazing! The property “Sonoran Sun” has everything you need, such as a convenience store, spa and restaurant. I can’t wait to go back! Thanks again!

Gorgeous, architecturally stunning home located a in a quiet, upscale, secure subdivision. We had just a few people on our stay but the size and layout could easily handle more people. We had a great stay. Thank you

Casa Purcell is an incredible oasis! The house is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need. We felt right at home the moment we walked in! The location is great and offers privacy with easy access to local attractions. We planned our days around the tide schedule and spent more than enough time in the water. Highly recommend this place! We will certainly be back.

Absolutely lovely home. We took our own food and didn’t have to leave during entire stay. We absolutely got what we wanted out of our stay: comfort, peace, and plenty of beach and play time. We never needed to contact our host for anything other than asking if we could be allowed to check in a tad earlier.

My family and I enjoyed the home during our vacation! Very spacious and loved the amenities/games they provided. The hosts were very responsive during our stay. We plan on returning soon!

Staying at Nestor's place was a pleasure. The house was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed, including excellent Wi-Fi. The thoughtful touches, like coffee and abundant extra towels and other items, made it feel like a home away from home. Relaxing on the patio was one of the best parts of the house. This place is highly recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

Staying at Roberto's place we got more than expected! The house was beautiful, open, with a well-stocked kitchen and lovely patio and grill. I would definitely recommend it for future Travelers and I'm already thinking about when I can stay there again!

Awesome stay in an awesome part of town. Vendors still walk up the beach in the off season it’s that good. The lot has two houses perfect for privacy between different families. Everything was perfect and we will be back! Very nice that the vehicles can be parked and the gate closed.

It was beautiful. The garage was oversized . The towels were very adequate. The frige was clean. I cannot wait to come back again. Thanks Gary.

Great place, really loved everything. Hostes was great we had a little hard time to find the property, but Janet was very helpful. She took her time and also was very helpful, the place was spotless and very nice for a girls weekend. Suppeeer recommended!!!! 10/10

This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had! The home is clean and comfortable. There are air conditioning units in the living room and each bedroom and they cool things down very quickly! The kitchen has ample fridge space and all the basics you need for meals at home. Bathrooms are in good repair and clean and the hot water lasted through all three showers. It was only an 11 minute drive from the home to El Malecon, beaches and every conceivable dining experience available. The only odd thing is the placement of the electrical outlets in the bathroom - they’re on the opposite wall from the vanity. It didn’t matter to us and I only mention it for anyone who needs to plug in something like a razor, flosser, etc. This rental home is an absolute steal for the price asked! We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful home and location. Tons to do and see around the resort. The hosts were incredibly responsive to any questions. This is not a good location for beach access for the kids to play in the water. But when the tide eventually comes in it is beautiful. The resort had great amenities and was well kept. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

We had a great and relaxing time staying here. Place had everything we needed. Our host was very quick to respond and so friendly. Definitely recommend staying here, family friendly and lots to do. The beds were comfy and the whole place was super clean. Can’t wait to come back!
