This charming home is clean & centrally located; 1/2 mile to City Beach, 1 block to Evans Bros coffee & dining, 2 blocks to downtown Sandpoint, 3.5 miles to the base of Schweitzer. We provide 4 bikes (May-Oct). We provide 100% cotton bath & bed linens, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, DVDs, books, games & crafts. The fenced & landscaped back yard has a private, covered porch, fire pit & propane bbq. We do allow dogs (must disclose), and we clean thoroughly between each guest.
