This charming home is clean & centrally located; 1/2 mile to City Beach, 1 block to Evans Bros coffee & dining, 2 blocks to downtown Sandpoint, 3.5 miles to the base of Schweitzer. We provide 4 bikes (May-Oct). We provide 100% cotton bath & bed linens, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, DVDs, books, games & crafts. The fenced & landscaped back yard has a private, covered porch, fire pit & propane bbq. We do allow dogs (must disclose), and we clean thoroughly between each guest.

Please note: The cabin will be moved to our lakefront property at Hawkins Point on Lake Pend Oreille in May 2024. The amenities will be the same on the 10.33 acre property with an outdoor shower, hot tub and fire pit. The new location will have great lake-and-mountain views and access to a privately owned beach with a dock. We're excited to debut the cabin in its new location!

Winter time conditions could require 4 wheel drive or AWD when the snow is present.
