James was a great host. He was quick to respond and eager to help in anyway. His place was beautiful and the view from the balcony for the sunrise and sunset was sensational. Can't wait to stay here again.

Great place to stay to get away from the wear and tear of city life. We enjoyed all the amenities.

WOW- We have stayed at quite a few Air BNB homes and this was by far our favorite. It was exactly what we were looking for and very clean and easy to get to. What was best about this stay is that the condo was spotless and the host thought of pretty much everything. We are VERY happy with our stay and this is our favorite stay ever for an Air BNB! Great host, great service, great value for the cost!

Immediately upon arriving, I could see that I'd picked the best accommodations for me and my family. The location is ideal! It is close to everthing we needed, but in a very quiet neighbor. The condo is very clean. The kitchen is well equipped (the fresh ground coffee was a delightful treat!). The beds are oh so comfy. This will be my home-away-from-home whenever I visit CDA!

Great view. Convenient to the ski resort. Village was quiet since its off season, but there was still lots to do - horseback riding, mountain biking, lift to the mountain top, etc.

This management company is amazing. I have stayed with them before. They are always available for anything you would ever need. This condo is beautiful however the owner must have pets because the master bedroom Capet is very stained due to their pet which I did not expect. So if you are traveling with pets this is a great option however I was not and was shocked by all the stains in the carpets in the master. Other then that the condo was fabulous

We had a wonderful stay at seasons at sandpoint. Beautiful condo and added bonus of a large community jacuzzi. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. I would suggest you bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body soap as daugherty management only supplies small samples. We would definitely stay again.

Great condo in a perfect location!! Although it doesn’t face the river, it is on the river so we enjoyed walking the boardwalk nightly, Close to shopping, parks, and restaurants. Comfortable beds and spacious kitchen. Loved the area and the condo. Michelle was helpful and responsive.

We had an excellent time in Sandpoint! The town is very cute, and within walking distance from the condo. The listing was exactly as described- it was very clean, and plenty of room for 4 adults! We would love to come back sometime!

I was traveling with co-workers for training. This was perfect, the location was about one mile from our office. Instructions were sent on where to park, which was right under our apartment on the second floor. I was sent a code prior to are arrival to get into the apartment. The rooms looked just like the pictures. Everything was clean and in place. I slept in the main bedroom and it was very comfortable, this had a queen bed. One of the other rooms had a full bed and the other two twins. My co-workers slept great with no complaints. Hotel size shampoo, conditioners, and lotions were provided. I saved over half of what I would have paid for three hotel rooms. Great savings, great location, over all a great place to stay!

Jean was Amazing. She asked about our guestlist and showed attention to detail that far exceeded our expectations. I had my 4 year old granddaughter with us and Jean invited her to feed the chickens with her. The highlight of her trip! The house was spotless but still so warm and inviting. I did not feel the urge to tell the kids "Don't Touch Anything" It was truly like staying at a family home rather than being a guest of an acquaintance. Jean provided games/toys that were age appropriate for everyone. The layout allowed us to put the kids to bed downstairs and feel like we could hang out and talk/laugh without keeping them up. There is a bathtub in the bathroom downstairs and a huge walk in shower upstairs. The wrap around porch with a stunning view will have you wanting to never go inside.

Loved our stay at Kayloni's Vista House. The house was very clean, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We had 15 family members up for a wedding and needed a place we could all sleep and interact together over the weekend, and this house accomplished that with grace. Whenever we contacted the host Kayloni, she responded almost immediately and took action to make everything right. This house and host were a big blessing to our family and made my son's wedding weekend wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay in Brian's home. Perfect size for our family's week long vacation. (5 adults and 2 small children.) Brian gave us great recommendations for activities we could to do in the area with our small grandkids during our stay. House is located in walking distance to a cute coffee shop, Union Roasters (Coffee & Waffles). Went there multiple times! House is also located in a quiet neighborhood with a playground only a couple of blocks way. We loved having the backyard so we could all sit outside whenever we wanted to. We had a great time making new family memories in Coeur d'Alene.

Beautiful home in great location helped to make our family Easter celebration comfortable and memorable. We tried to use it all: Basketball hoop, gym, hot tub, and Pac Man. Will have to come back in order to use outdoor patio/grill/fire pit.

Just need more pillows. I sleep with 4. My wife sleeps with 2 There are to things that relate to safety. No hand rails up to second floor. And the stairs down to the laundry are dangerous. There needs to be a chest for clothes in the both bedrooms. We used our suit cases. Same as last year. Also a hair dryer. We have beautify wives and of course then are great fly fishing and like to have great hair. LOL As I am an Architect, I am always concerned about liability. A handrail to the 2nd floor would be fairly simple using the logs that extend out at the top and bottom The stairs down would have to be rebuilt. But if someone falls, that could be a serious issue. It would take a 3 person carpentry crew to tear out and build back a stair that all the risers are the same height. WE will be returning, next year we hope. Victor Bowman

This house was very unique, very clean, very accommodating for our group of 10. Kids enjoyed kayaking, fishing and we took a boat - loved being on Hayden Lake. Towels were clean, beds were comfortable, had work out room and plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable.

I and the other guests were very happy with the accommodations and overall experience. I personally was impressed with how well Amanda and I were able to communicate with each other!! Amanda was a great host!!
