Public transport is a minute's walk away, and there are grocery stores, tobacco shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Ideal choice for relaxing and sightseeing! Free parking available on weekends!

The apartment, which was handed over in 2024, offers demanding accommodation close to the city center, which can be reached by public transport in ~5 minutes and by walking in ~10 minutes. The first floor of the building is accessible by elevator and has a covered balcony. Free, covered parking in the enclosed courtyard. Both rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a 108 cm and a 140 cm LED TV, free cable TV and wifi. A full American kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee and tea making facilities.

The Mars Square market and bus station are located 5 minutes walk from the apartment, the city center is about 15 minutes walk, (Szeged Árkád 10 minutes, Szeged Cathedral 25 minutes).
