The scenery is amazing, from the view of the water to seeing dolphins and manatees while swimming in the ocean. Lynne is such a wonderful host and always leaves us a wonderful key lime pie. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. It was very nice, clean and spacious. We loved being directly on the beach and being able to walk to restaurants, stores, etc. It was nice having access to all the umbrella, chairs, and toys for our toddler. We could see dolphins from the balcony. The beach was not overly crowded and was an overall quiet area. We did not have any issues! I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Fabulous Indian Rocks Beach Pool Home

This home was a perfect place for my family’s needs. The pool was lovely, and the location is walkable to the beach and a nearby playground. The home is almost exactly as depicted and described-it was missing the sofa in the downstairs room that leads out to the pool. We appreciated having a pack n play available and the baby gates on the upper set of stairs, although there is no baby gate on the stairs going down to the front door. The kitchen was well appointed and had plenty of storage space. We also used the grill which worked great. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable. Overall we had a great stay and would return.

Indian Rocks Beachfront Oasis w/ Ocean View Deck!

5 star location. 5 star responsiveness. 4 star lodging. Definite repeat. You simply cannot beat the view and the beach access here. Having coffee on the beach in the morning and watching sunsets with your toes in the sand is 5 stars every day. The house was very clean and met our needs, but could be improved. The master bedroom is the hottest room of the house. Even turning the air down it remains stuffy. You cannot close the door or you overheat. All of the pillows are flat and hard, clearly old. The house is actually separated into 2 buildings. This is not made clear in the listing and you have to find it on your own. Additional lighting like a simple string of lights wrapped around the back deck at night would go a long way towards ambience. Towels are provided and are clean, but smell very strongly of bleach and are very small and thin towels. Last, the instructions for parking and finding the home are not clear. No deal breakers. We would stay here again in a second. Enjoy!

We stayed almost two weeks at this property and thoroughly enjoyed our time! The unit was exactly as pictured. Clean and an easy short walk straight onto the beach. The unit was clean and with only 6 units in the building it felt very quiet and private. Lots to do around the area. Partial views of the gulf were a great bonus to the top floor unit! William was a great and responsive host and we hope to be back in the future!

Amazing house right on the beach!!! Beautiful & private pool enjoyed daily by our family! House was perfect size for our family of 4. We plan to return in the near future!
