This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. Treetops Sanctuary Point

Treetops is a family and pet friendly holiday home with views from the balcony across St Georges basin Convenient to both St. Georges Basin and Sanctuary Point shops. We have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating 10 guests Linen is included in your booking. Pets must be approved when booking. Pet fees @$15 /stay Please note that Pets are allowed inside but must remain out of all bedrooms and off the furniture for hygiene reasons.

Pa's Place is a home away from home in delightful Swanhaven. A short walk to lovely quiet Swan Lake and 5 minutes drive to beautiful Berrara beach and lagoon for excellent swimming and fishing. Supplied are surf boards, body boards and kayaks for you to use or you can also hire boats locally. Sussex Inlet is a 5 minutes drive away for the supermarket and cinema and cafes. This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.

The Boudoir

Our guest room, though not vast, is designed for functionality and offers a wonderfully private and tranquil setting. Situated beneath our family home, it boasts stunning views of the natural Australian bush, thanks to our location backing onto a reserve. Just 150 meters away, you'll find the picturesque Collingwood Beach, with easy access to the scenic beachfront footpath that connects Huskisson and Vincentia.
