As well as room for your boat and off street parking we offer you the ability to launch your boat at Island Point Reserve Boat Ramp and leisurely moor your boat off the property for the entire length of your stay. This newly renovated, private downstairs unit is located in the quiet neighbourhood of Sanctuary Point. The property backs onto a native bush reserve with numerous walking tracks to see the many kangaroos , abundance of bird life and Cockrow Creek. The property is ideally located just a short 10 minute drive from Booderee National Park, the famous Jervis Bay beaches and a further 5 minutes will take you to the many cafes and restaurants in Huskisson. The property is well fenced and dog friendly.

A short drive to all the fabulous beaches, villages and national parks of Jervis Bay. Ted's Cottage is in Vincentia less than 220mts to pristine waters of Jervis Bay & a 15 minute drive to the world famous Hyams Beach. The key safe code will be sent to you early on the day of your arrival. Free Wi-Fi & linen are included except beach towels. Teds is cosy & well equipped with all your basic needs including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, washing powder, shampoo, condition & body wash. The lounge does fold out to a double bed.
