There are 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, 2 bathrooms villa located in the middle of nature within a 5 minutes walk to Las Ballenas Beach. The villa is fully equipped with all you need. It features a living room with open full kitchen. The outdoor patio offers plenty of seating and a table for outdoor dining. Our villa is located on a private hill in a small complex with a shared large swimming pool with two other separate villas.

This Villa is in a peaceful residence that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Short walk to the beach (200m), town (300m) where you find shops, restaurants & supermarkets. The villa is newly built, with modern kitchen and bathrooms, with tropical gardens and a private pool. Fiber high-speed internet connection. In the morning you can buy your fish fresh on the beach (5 min. walk) and put it at night on the BBQ. Also, typical Dominican chef for additional fee &several excursions possible.
