We've been very comfortable. Everything was very clean and practically new. The treatment has been impeccable and we will definitely repeat. Highly recommended and ideal for traveling with children.

The accommodation itself is fantastic. As seen in the images: clean, complete, comfortable and cozy. Very good communication to visit a multitude of places in the area. With supermarket and gas station nearby. And Daniel's treatment, exquisite. Very good communication, always attentive to everything. And with some welcome details that are appreciated.

WONDERFUL. Marta's apartment is super cozy and family-friendly, just like the photos, a super well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, a very comfortable bathroom with a hydromassage column that is appreciated after a whole day of sightseeing, the terrace is indescribable, super spacious and with wonderful views of the sea and the estuary, the sunsets are beyond words. It's a very quiet place, ideal to disconnect and get out of your routine. A car is ESSENTIAL as there are no services nearby. As a negative point, access to the apartment is NOT suitable for people with limited mobility, there is no elevator and there are stairs. If you leave the car on the street, there are more stairs. The parking space is large, but to access it you need a forklift that is quite "tight" depending on the car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARTA'S ACCOMMODATION, we felt right at home and the attention of the host and co-hosts was a 10, always attentive and at your disposal:)

The apartment was really very nice and well equipped. Ana Maria was always helpful and kind. Quiet, stately location and close to the center. A good base for discovering Comilas and Cantabria. I highly recommend this apartment.

Ap 9 is really private and has lovely outside space. Such a beautiful location with lots of lovely towns/walks nearby. Host is helpful and friendly.

First of all, I want to highlight the kindness of Conchi and Ivan from the first moment, from when we arrived at the accommodation until we left. They were available to us at all times, advising us about the areas we could visit and delicious restaurants where we could eat. They are really helpful and nice. The accommodation was spotless and in a super quiet and cozy area, my parents and I felt right at home. It was in the heart of Santander, we walked everywhere and only took the car to go outside the city. To park there are several parking lots around, but it is true that we used to find parking in the blue zone easily practically nearby, so the experience of going by car has been excellent as well. All I can say to finish is that if I return to Santander at any time, I will repeat my stay with these wonderful hosts!

We spent in total 10 days in the aopartment and had a really nice holiday. The appartment is equipped with all necessary utilities and was very tidy and clean. Jose was a wonderful host and available whenever needed. We can definitely recommend the appartement and surely plan to come back one day.

The arrival and reception was very pleasant and welcoming, the guests were a charm, we felt right at home, the views are unbeatable, and the house super cozy.

We enjoyed the house. Everything is new and tastefully furnished. The location is beautiful with mountain views in a small hamlet. At the campsite across the street, bread can be bought and there is a restaurant where you can enjoy a nice meal. For us, this stay was worth at least 6 stars!

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and 10 minutes away you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a little far away, but by car you can get there easily, and you can also visit the villages a little, with great restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an amazing area to be at night with plenty of room. It really is an amazing house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. We'll be back!

Family weekend in a comfortable and well-located house. Well-equipped for 6 people, with ATMs, shops and restaurants. A very nice walking area. The owner took care of us quickly before we arrived.

Such a beautiful place! The property is just like in the photos — cozy and exactly as described. If you're looking to get away from the city, breathe in fresh mountain air, and enjoy peaceful nature and amazing views, this is the spot. There’s no WiFi, but mobile internet works great, so it wasn’t a problem at all. Big thanks to Maria Jesus for being such a kind and welcoming host! 😊

The stay was wonderful. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos (the bathroom is better than in the photo) and is very clean, it looks brand new, it is tastefully decorated and everything is top quality. Mari has been lovely from the beginning, very friendly and helpful and recommending many things to do, the apartment is very close to Santander and several beaches and that is fantastic, in short a 10, we will repeat.

The apartment is well located, in a nearby area, walking, in the center of comillas but quiet, close to the CA-135 to take the A8 and move around. The house stands out for its careful decoration, cleanliness and comfort of its beds. Communication with Nuria was easy, valuable and very pleasant in the deal.

José Ramón's house is a great place to enjoy a few days of rest and beach! It has everything you need, the beds are very comfortable (which, together with the tranquility of the area, makes your rest perfect), it has a wonderful garden and, in addition, everything couldn't be cleaner! The location is very convenient to be able to walk anywhere, but far from the area that can be busier (now everything was super quiet) and having the garage space is another great advantage so you don't have to worry about the car. And, in addition to all this, José Ramón is a very great man. Thank you very much for everything! P.S.: if you go with kids (and, if not, also :-D), the beaches of Isla are another great plus!

We recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at Raquel's apartment. It is perfectly located with great views towards the Picos and we particularly enjoyed watching the horses and two foals in the field at the back and watching and listening to the cows and their bells in the other field. It was very soothing. The apartment is a good size and being decorated in a minimalist style, there is a lot of space to enjoy along with a very big balcony. The wifi speed is good and the bed comfortable. We were driving in our own car having travelled by ferry and the house and large drive is very secure so perfect to pack up for our return journey. Some of the roads are a little narrow (depends on your car) but we found the easiest way in and out is to turn sharp left out of the drive and then right at the bottom and left towards the main road - no problem. You definitely need a car to explore but the benefits are that you can enjoy the peace and quiet away from the hustle of the town. A good stay.

We lived in the apartment for about a month, during which time we were able to appreciate both the accommodation itself and the wonderful Llanes. The apartment is in a new building, there is a convenient parking lot suitable for SUVs, there is a swimming pool, but we did not use it. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances for comfortable cooking, and is also easy to clean. A bed with a comfortable mattress. The Internet is fast. The only small disadvantage for us, as we worked from home, was that the only workplace was at the kitchen table. But in general, the value for money is excellent, we were very happy with our choice.

Super nice accommodation with a very nice and helpful hostess! Magda sent many good tips that we benefited from. The accommodation was homey and felt large and airy. We grilled several evenings on the terrace and also ate breakfast there overlooking the beautiful valley. Would highly recommend!

We stayed two nights in the studio and everything was perfect. It is very cozy and quiet place, you can breathe peace. The mattress is very comfortable and sleeps very well. As for the environment, it is very close to beautiful places to visit, such as Costa Brobrada, Santillana del Mar, Santander, San Vicente de la Boquera, comillas, etc. Mintxu is very attentive and friendly!!
