Communication was very easy and fluid, Isabel was very friendly and flexible with the arrival. The apartment was clean and tidy and is certainly a quiet place to rest. You can park perfectly in the area and there are plenty of services nearby, I would definitely repeat.

La Casa de las Flores is a beautiful, comfortable apartment, fully furnished, and including all modern amenities. Comillas' seafront and beach are easily accessible via a short stepped pathway close to the apartment neighbourhood, while the town centre is only a 10m walk away. Jorge was a wonderful host who kept us informed in the run-up to our vacation and was attentive throughout, providing pointers to local restaurants, experiences and activities both in and around Comillas. We especially enjoyed the apartment's private garden, and found the neighbourhood quiet and convenient during our stay (first half of June). Recommended.

An excellent experience. The newly renovated and clean house with an unbeatable location. On one side of the house there is a river that you can hear at night if you have the window open. Luis was a great host and super thoughtful. I'm sure we'll do it again.

Belen's apartment exceeded our expectations. It has everything you need to spend the perfect stay. The decor is very nice and cozy. They left us welcome details upon our arrival (breakfast, coffee...) Very good location, beaches very close, as well as bars, restaurants and shops. Very quiet neighborhood and building. Belén is an excellent host, very attentive to anything we might need. We will definitely repeat, it is a highly recommended accommodation!!

Our stay at Maria Dolores's went very well: the accommodation is extremely clean and the beach is a 10-minute walk away, which is very nice with 2 small children. The big advantage: Maria Dolores is extremely kind and welcoming. Very proactive, and at the same time respectful of our privacy (because she lives in the apartment upstairs). Super nice accommodation with a very nice and helpful hostess! Magda sent many good tips that we benefited from. The accommodation was homey and felt large and airy. We grilled several evenings on the terrace and also ate breakfast there overlooking the beautiful valley. Would highly recommend!

We stayed two nights in the studio and everything was perfect. It is very cozy and quiet place, you can breathe peace. The mattress is very comfortable and sleeps very well. As for the environment, it is very close to beautiful places to visit, such as Costa Brobrada, Santillana del Mar, Santander, San Vicente de la Boquera, comillas, etc. Mintxu is very attentive and friendly!!

The apartment is well located, in a nearby area, walking, in the center of comillas but quiet, close to the CA-135 to take the A8 and move around. The house stands out for its careful decoration, cleanliness and comfort of its beds. Communication with Nuria was easy, valuable and very pleasant in the deal.

José Ramón's house is a great place to enjoy a few days of rest and beach! It has everything you need, the beds are very comfortable (which, together with the tranquility of the area, makes your rest perfect), it has a wonderful garden and, in addition, everything couldn't be cleaner! The location is very convenient to be able to walk anywhere, but far from the area that can be busier (now everything was super quiet) and having the garage space is another great advantage so you don't have to worry about the car. And, in addition to all this, José Ramón is a very great man. Thank you very much for everything! P.S.: if you go with kids (and, if not, also :-D), the beaches of Isla are another great plus!

We lived in the apartment for about a month, during which time we were able to appreciate both the accommodation itself and the wonderful Llanes. The apartment is in a new building, there is a convenient parking lot suitable for SUVs, there is a swimming pool, but we did not use it. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances for comfortable cooking, and is also easy to clean. A bed with a comfortable mattress. The Internet is fast. The only small disadvantage for us, as we worked from home, was that the only workplace was at the kitchen table. But in general, the value for money is excellent, we were very happy with our choice.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area, very close to the beach, shops and walking areas along the coast and countryside. Margarita was a great host, attentive and thoughtful, and her house was very comfortable and cozy. It's been a great stay.
