a nice apartment for the weekend, super tidy and clean. The place is pet friendly, we should take my dog on leash at all times. The pool was clean and we were very close to the beach. Very nice experience and cute place.

Good weekend stay, photos are accurate to what the place is like, very close to Boulevard. It is a quiet condo and we had a very nice family time. Paola was always very attentive to our questions.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is better than we expected. The condominium has attractions such as a swimming pool, ping-pong table, pool table, and a sand volleyball court. Everything was very fun. It's quite centrally located. A 10-minute drive from a very nice Pasamayito beach. Recommended!

Communication with Roberta was excellent. Any questions, queries or details that have arisen have been resolved with timely communication. We had a great time:). I would just add that it was previously reported that on Wednesdays the pool is under maintenance, so guests can be informed and there is full transparency (or maybe the post says so and I didn't notice :) ).

Excellent experience, Jhonny from the very friendly first contact and quick to answer our concerns. Very kind condo staff as well. Everything as indicated in the description. The only thing that can improve is internet service, otherwise very good.

Many thanks to Daniel for his welcome and help at all times! The departamento had Internet adequate para can work. The indoor pool was ideal for my girl (2 years) as it is not deep, outside there were 2 more options of pools, and even the condominium has a small park with games for children. You can walk quietly on the seawall at night, we could enjoy the beach in the day, although it is true the sea is something moved in front of the condominium, but if you walk a few meters, you can find an area to be able to bathe. The option provided by the condominium restaurant is good, it has an internal store that sells you basic products and there is no need to go out. There are also restaurant delivery options from other condominiums if desired. The apartment felt very cool to be able to rest, despite the heat of the season. It was a 1 week escape with my family, and we're already thinking about coming back!

Very nice ! The place is just like the photos, it has everything, super equipped , comfortable and very cozy to spend a few days with the family. The condominium pool is very nice and large , the location of the apartment is close to the beach and the doorman of the condominium is super friendly and supports you in everything. It's definitely in our plans to go back !

We enjoyed the house, its extensive green areas, its large swimming pool and the various amenities it offers. And, at night we appreciated the starry sky without problems, despite being in Lima. Giselle, our host, was responsible for giving us a nice stay with her advice and hospitality.

I was in Lima for the weekend and decided to rent this place to spend time together with some of my cousins and their kids. This place was very safe, secure, comfortable, beautiful setting, great locations, fun amenities. It was a great experience and wish we’ve had more time to stay there longer.

The house and community was just as described. Beach is a short walk away and has an assigned umbrella. Enclosed Community offers plenty of amenities; table games, pools, sport courts, store and restaurant in a very family-oriented setting. 24/7 security and located a short drive from Asia Boulevard

Excellent beach house, spacious and nice with swimming pool. The condo features a pool in the house and several pools in the condo, sports courts, clubhouse and beach exit. There is a golf cart that brings you closer to the clubhouse and beach. (You can still walk.) Nice experience.
