Lucrecia’s apartment was clean, spacious, and very well equipped with kitchen tools and appliances, cleaning products, linens and towels. The condominium is well kept and secured. Very close distance to the beach.

The condominium staff is very friendly, always attentive. I had a mishap and the owners helped me solve it quickly, they are always attentive and very friendly. It looks small but it's enough to get away for a moment from the city with the family. I would recommend it

Many thanks to Daniel for his welcome and help at all times! The departamento had Internet adequate para can work. The indoor pool was ideal for my girl (2 years) as it is not deep, outside there were 2 more options of pools, and even the condominium has a small park with games for children. You can walk quietly on the seawall at night, we could enjoy the beach in the day, although it is true the sea is something moved in front of the condominium, but if you walk a few meters, you can find an area to be able to bathe. The option provided by the condominium restaurant is good, it has an internal store that sells you basic products and there is no need to go out. There are also restaurant delivery options from other condominiums if desired. The apartment felt very cool to be able to rest, despite the heat of the season. It was a 1 week escape with my family, and we're already thinking about coming back!

Nice duplex. Very well equipped. Nothing that is missing from this apartment. Very well located, in a fairly safe condominium, with several amenities and very friendly staff, just 3-4 blocks from the beach and a block away is a market that takes you out of trouble every day. Ideal for spending a few days with the family. Milagros and her husband super friendly, always attentive to everything we needed. Highly recommended!!!

We enjoyed the house, its extensive green areas, its large swimming pool and the various amenities it offers. And, at night we appreciated the starry sky without problems, despite being in Lima. Giselle, our host, was responsible for giving us a nice stay with her advice and hospitality.

Very good stay, the condominium is very quiet, ideal if you are looking to rest and enjoy the common areas, the beach or the pool of the house. Excellent layout of the rooms, this house has everything you need to stay for a weekend or longer stays. I was in Lima for the weekend and decided to rent this place to spend time together with some of my cousins and their kids. This place was very safe, secure, comfortable, beautiful setting, great locations, fun amenities. It was a great experience and wish we’ve had more time to stay there longer.
