Vacation rentals with a patio in San Vicente

Mauricio is really a super host! My wife and I stayed here for a few days as our first stop in Costa Rica and we were happy. The location is near awesome food, and the building modern and clean. Mauricio was extremely helpful, and responsive when we had questions and always went out of his way. For example I wasnt sure about parking when we arrived, so I messaged him while we were near the apartment, he quickly got back to us with all the information we could need. thank you!

This is one of those gems that if happen to be fortunate enough to find, jump on it right away!! Caveat… As you are approaching the place the neighborhood may seem kinda scary but once you get to the location you’ll be incredibly surprised at the pace and tranquility that you’ll have. The view from the unit is absolutely breathtaking. Just the view of the city is worth the price you pay to stay there. Everything inside the condo is pristine! Never saw any bugs or worse (roaches) . I will definitely base my next trip to Costa Rica 🇨🇷 based off the availability of this place. Yes, it is that good !

We had a great time in San Jose and felt at home in the apartment. It was the ideal location for us. We felt very comfortable and safe because it was a secured location with security guards. Having a designated parking spot made it easier to go back and forth without worrying about finding a parking spot. Additionally, the complex is located across from a supermarket so it was easy for us to walk and get groceries. It is located within walking distance to multiple restaurants so we didn’t need to drive for dining. The view overlooking the city from the balcony was amazing. Javier was a great host and I strongly recommend their Airbnb as a preferred place.

Great apartment to stay in the center of Escalante. The building is very new so the apartment is in great condition and has a great style. Very short walk to many restaurants and cafe’s but fairly quiet location. Great views!

Un apartamento pequeño, pero con todo lo necesario para sentirse en casa. Ubicación fácil de llegar. Fuero muy cordiales y flexibles con el checking puesto que nos permitieron ingresar antes.

If your coming to Costa rica, I'd 100% recommend staying here. the space was big and it came with everything you needed and then some. we were able to get to everywhere close by amd easily. Not to mention we were able to walk to the nearest convienance store and pick up household items. Plus, they have internet and are quick to respond with any queations you may have. Don't think twice, if this spot is open get it. I stayed for over 7 days and it was all worth it!

El apartamento posee todo lo necesario para la estadía, además, posee muy buena vista a la ciudad. Los anfitriones son amables y atentos, el tiempo de respuesta es casi inmediato.

El mejor lugar que hemos visitado en SJ! El lugar estaba nítido cuando llegamos. El check in fue sencillo. Parqueo bajo techo es ideal en estas épocas :de lluvia. El lugar está equipado a la perfección. Tener 1 y 1/2 baños es súper conveniente. Definitivamente se convertirá en nuestro #1 en el Este de SJ.

The location was perfect. It was close to the airport and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. The home had a warm, welcoming feel. I only stayed one night, but I’d definitely return!

Clean and comfortable! I had to book this Airbnb very last minute so I truly appreciate the quick response I received. The house was very clean and the neighborhood felt safe.

Federicos place it’s awesome, we enjoyed our stay, thank you for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We had a wonderful time being able to walk to stores or restaurants . You have a wonderful home will be seeing you again.

Beautiful space, the second you walk in you feel right at home. It has such a cozy vibe to it and very thoughtfully decorated. The house has an older charm but modern touches like kitchen and bathroom. It’s the perfect space for a solo traveller or couple. You can conveniently park right outside the house which is rare for San Jose. If silence is your top priority however this space may not be for you as it’s located directly on a main road so keep in mind as traffic in San Jose is petty heavy at times.

Excelente lugar. Muy bonito y acogedor. La decoración estaba bien bonita. El edificio tiene vista fabulosa, una barra en el lobby y la decoración de los pisos con diferentes concepto me gusto. 100% recomendado.

Passamos quatro noites e saímos muito satisfeitos. Além da ótima localização — a poucos passos da linha de trem e cercada de restaurantes, padarias e serviços — o edifício impressiona pela qualidade e estrutura: piscina aquecida, academia bem‑equipada, salões de festa, espaços de co‑working, sala de reunião e até cinema privativo. As áreas comuns são bem cuidadas e oferecem vistas lindas da cidade. Dentro, o apartamento entrega tudo que promete: • Cozinha completa com utensílios de qualidade, ideal para quem prefere cozinhar; • Sala ampla e confortável, varanda com pôr do sol de San José de encher os olhos; • Dois quartos bem decorados, roupa de cama caprichada, armários espaçosos, TV e ar‑condicionado em cada um; • Dois banheiros, um social e outro na suíte. A anfitriã Jennifer merece menção especial: sempre solícita, respondia rapidinho e resolveu todas as nossas dúvidas. Recomendo a estadia!
