No está permitido alojar más personas de las indicadas en la reserva; si se incumplen las normas, podrías ser desalojado sin reembolso. 🔑 Llaves y check-out Si sales antes, deja las llaves sobre la mesa y cierra la puerta al salir. Recuerda cerrar siempre con llave. Si pierdes las llaves, habrá un coste de 500 € por cambio de cerradura y copias de llaves. 🚭 No fumar Está prohibido fumar dentro del apartamento; por favor, sal a la calle si necesitas hacerlo. 🌍 Ahorro energético Te pedimos apagar luces y aire acondicionado al salir para evitar desperdicio de energía. 🧺 Servicios extra Podemos ofrecer limpieza o ropa de cama adicional si lo solicitas al reservar. 💰 Tasa turística El gobierno aplica una tasa de 10,45 € por persona (mayores de 16 años) y noche, hasta 7 noches, obligatoria para acceder al apartamento. ⏰ Check-in La entrada es a partir de as 15hs.
