Idania and her family give meaning to the phrase "make you feel at home." Idania was in contact from the moment the reservation was made, she even helped us with transportation, she suggested places to visit, in short, both she and her family made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. And the accommodation could not be better! Great location, everything is 2 blocks away. Our stay couldn't have been better. Eternally grateful to Idania and her family!

Hacienda Santa Barbara - cabin

The place is magical - personnel very friendly, we do not speak spanish but got by communicating with sign language and google translate. The lady preparing meals and the two young men working there were so sincere in their effort to try to communicate and help us. The food was simple but very good. And the dogs are lovely. We hope that this place will continue to be renovated with care and authenticity.

The firm mattress was the most comfortable sleep I have ever had in my life! There IS hot water, it's a solar shower - I never ran out. Make sure you visit their restaurant El Merendero. The owner will make you feel right at home and fill you with delicious food!

My stay at Hotel Las Candelas in Huamantla, Tlaxcala was excellent. The place is very cozy, with clean, nice and charming facilities. In addition, it is located just a few steps from the Zócalo, which makes it much easier to access the main tourist attractions, restaurants and events in the center. Ideal for resting and enjoying the traditional atmosphere of the village. Highly recommended!
