We loved this apartment. thoughtfully planned out and organised with everything we needed and more. Very considerate owner and everything was very good quality. We were very comfortable. Location was great with beach and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. Highly recommend and will use again if in this part of Spain again.

La limpieza llama mucho la atención, nunca estuve en un alojamiento tan limpio que me sintiera como en casa. Cuenta con todo lo necesario y más, piso muy bien equipado. Comodidad extrema, buen colchón y sofá. Decoración excepcional, muy moderno. Administración EXCELENTE, la agencia que lo lleva muy atentos en todo momento. Presenté un problema de salud y supieron ayudarme. Hacer especial hincapié en la atención recibida por NOELIA. Educada, agradable, y resolutiva. Volveré a repetir sin duda alguna, ya tengo en tarifa mi alojamiento de confianza para cada vez que viaje allí.

We had such an amazing stay at Marianne’s place! Couldn’t have asked for a better apartment to stay in during our time in Manilva. Was extremely clean and the balcony and the views were amazing ! Would recommend a hundred times over ! We cannot wait to come back!

Great location so you can walk into the port. Lovely to stay somewhere with a few bits in the cupboards as some places don’t even have toilet roll or a bin liner that we’ve stayed in before! Indoor pool was great for the kids and we used the gym also we will be back! Many thanks

This is a virtually brand new flat in a development between the marina and the airport runway and under The Rock. Easy to get about on foot. The place was sparkling clean, comfy bed, with great linen and towels. Nice touches like coffee pods and fizzy drinks in the fridge. A great base from which to explore Gibraltar 🇬🇮

the place is stunning. everything you would have at home is here in the apartment. The decor is great, super comfy sofas, spacious throughout, amazing views. Everything worked as described. Pools are lovely and when you need a little time out of the sun, there's the pool table and the gym. Manilva is walkable and has a great vibe and nice restaurants. The hosts welcomed us on arrival and explained everything. All our questions were answered promptly. Honestly I can't fault any of it.

Fay’s place is amazing. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi space for residents only means you’re guaranteed a peaceful and relaxing time. The apartment is spacious, spotless and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The balcony looks over the runway across to Spain, with seating it gives a really nice comfortable place to relax. The location is great. A few minutes walk from Ocean Village with various restaurants a supermarket and ten minutes walk from Market Place with lots more and the main shopping area plus easy access to buses for travel anywhere across Gibraltar. It’s even just 20 minutes walk from the airport so no hassle at all. Of the many areas to stay in Gibraltar this has to be up there with the best and we’d have no hesitation in recommending Fay’s apartment to anyone who wants a guaranteed luxury and comfortable visit with a host who’s friendly, welcoming and communicates with everything you need.

The apartment was beautiful, well decorated and within beautiful grounds. The pool was great with sun loungers and parasols available for use. Perfect location for the beach, only a couple of minutes walk away. We stayed as a family of 6 and felt there was a great amount of space in the apartment and the washing machine and tumble drier was a great amenity also! Quiet location, it’s a longish walk for young children to the main restaurant areas, but taxis were only 5-6 euros and the gentleman on security was always happy to help and order taxis for us. Next time I would maybe hire a car. The walk is ok for adults, my parents walked to the old town each day and just got a taxi back no problem.

what can I say, but don't hesitate to book, James was a star when we had a little mishap with the keys, fab location and I will definitely be back. Felt super safe. rooftop pool was brill.. only one little thing, can we have a full length mirror, had to go into hall to check out my outfits every evening.

Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

We were over in Estepona for a wedding ad stayed here and we absolutely loved it, easy to access, superb location on the beach front and close to lots of restaurants and bars. The place was pristine and we would highly recommend!!

L’hôte nous a accueilli en personne, elle était très réactive à mes messages et questions. Gracias Raquel! L’appartement est bien placé en face de la mer/ la plage, endroit sécurisé, proche de toutes les commodités: supermarché, restaurant, café/bar, boulangerie, poissonnier etc La cuisine bien équipée est un atout pour les personnes comme moi qui aiment cuisiner de temps à autre. Nous reviendrons :)

We had a short but very enjoyable stay in the Sotogrande Marina. The apartment was just perfect. It is in pristine condition, all modern facilities, extremely comfortable, private and safe. It’s very bright and spacious It has a large comfortable balcony with a view onto the marina. It is a few minutes easy walk to lots of excellent restaurants, shops and a Gym. Lutz and team were very helpful and responsive on any queries throughout our stay. Would strongly recommend for up to four persons.

As always it’s a safe choice to rent from Tracy. I’ve rented from her before in Sotogrande. This was a beautiful apartment and seemed newly refurbished. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds were good - an you important thing for us. The lokation was perfect for us so the teens could walk to the Marina, port, the beach etc. themselves.

We had a lovely stay here in Sotogrande. This apartment is in the perfect location for shops, restaurants and the beach - the supermarket was just a short walk away. With two balconies you can be in the sun all day. Communication was always fast and super helpful. Would highly recommend staying here!

My friend and I stayed in Peter’s apartment for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our mini holiday with our two boys. The location of the apartment is only a 15 minute walk across the runway, two minute walk to Main Street and the bus station and right next to the marina with lovely restaurants. Our two boy’s really enjoyed the family swimming area, sadly us adults didn’t get to go to the adult only pool on the top floor but it looked fab and the views would’ve been incredible. Peter was a very responsive host and gave us good advice on local attractions and was very flexible with us leaving our luggage as we had a late return flight. I would definitely return as it was a very easy process and the apartment was perfect for us. Thank you Peter!

We loved our stay and would recommend this apartment. If you love boats, super yachts and planes you will be at home. The apartment is well laid out and free of the usual clutter and niknaks yet it was comfortable and homely. We had a 5 month old with us and James provided a great travel cot and high chair. The pool arrangements are a work in progress but what is there is great, cooling and safe. James as a host was helpful and responsive.

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay and Nicholas’ apartment in the heart of the Golden Mile Marbella. This quaint apparent nestled amongst beautiful gardens is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities required. The complex itself has a lot of traditional charm amongst with its beautiful facade that gives a welcomed contrast to the flash of the Golden Mile. Nicholas is a real people’s person and spent time chatting to us about the history of the area as well as going above and beyond to accommodate us. He also has some amazing recommendations for local places ! We absolutely loved our stay here and we will definitely be back to this little gem.

Het is een ruim penthouse van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne woonkamer en ruime slaapkamers. Als het niet te hard waait zit je fijn op het balkon. De jacuzzi is van toegevoegde waarde. Toen wij er verbleven was het bedieningspaneel kapot maar hier werd actief op gereageerd en zijn we tegemoet gekomen in de kosten. Op een warme dag is een koudere jacuzzi overigens ook prima. Met een volledig functionerende jacuzzi is het een aan te bevelen penthouse voor gezinnen met kinderen (onze samenstelling)

Absolut zu empfehlen! Lola und Juan Carlos sind super freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war super und es wurde schnell geantwortet. Das AirBnb ist wirklich toll und gut ausgestattet, wie auf den Fotos, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Die ganze Anlage ist schön und gepflegt, der Poolbereich ist ruhig und man hat auch noch einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Würde ich wieder buchen!

Vanaf het eerste moment was het contact zeer positief met de host! Ze reageerde snel en duidelijk. Regina denkt met je mee en was zeer flexibel ivm onze vragen over onze kleine. Alles was zeer snel geregeld en duidelijk gecommuniceerd vanuit haar naar ons. Bij aankomst was het erg makkelijk om alles te vinden en binnen te komen in het appartement. Eenmaal in het appartement bleek al snel dat alles aanwezig was zoals besproken. Het appartement was echt geweldig! Alle ruimte, binnen en buiten! Ook het complex is fantastisch! Het grote zwembad heeft een soort strand, hierdoor was het voor onze kleine ook geweldig om echt kennis te maken met zwemmen. Het complex ligt naar een mooie 9 holes golfbaan, hierdoor is de omgeving heel mooi en erg rustig. Al met al zijn wij zo positief, dat we nu al aan het kijken zijn wanneer we weer terug gaan!! Regina, nogmaals dank voor de goede zorgen en dat we gebruik mochten maken van je fijne plekje!!

María es una excelente anfitriona y el departamento es espectacular. Supe bien ubicado. A metros de la playa súper luminoso y con una vista maravillosa. Un placer. Volveremos sin ninguna duda

Honestly, what a great place to stay. Gorgeous residence, very luxurious in every aspect (apartment, terrasse, gym, spa, pool…). Gert is very professional and will do everything for you. If I go again in Marbella, it will be through Gert and this residence. Thank you again for everything.
