Great stay in Sayulita. Private and secluded yet walkable to down. Clean and comfortable. Would recommend staying here with big groups. Every bedroom had its own full bathroom.

My husband, myself and our 3 kids had a WONDERFUL time at Cesar’s place! The setup was perfect, and I cant express enough how beautiful the views were from the back patio. The property is a 3 minute walk to the Faro Grill which offers an incredible view and great food. We spent most of our days going back and forth between the pool and the practically private beach that is directly behind the property. The security guard to the neighborhood helped us feel safe, and Cesar was extremely responsive and often checked in. I would recommend this to families, couples or anyone looking for a peaceful vacation, and it is close enough to Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta if you want to experience those places as well. My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

I loved everything about this stay! It was a last minute booking and I am grateful that it was available. It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. I especially like the bathroom with the open to outdoors shower, the private upper level with the most comfortable hammock and the relaxing salt water pool. I am excited to stay here again in September when I return to visit my daughter. Muchas Gracias Diana!

This place is beautiful! Looks just like the photos. Easy to find, and walkable distance to restaurants and the beach. Sergio was responsive and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again :)

Our family thoroughly enjoyed Casa Castillo. It's a beautiful, spacious home that is well appointed to make your stay an easy one. Our two teenagers liked having their own bedroom/bath. We cooked several meals at home, loved the pool, admired the plants, and borrowed books in the house about the area. The location is easy to manage without a car and always felt safe. Both Brandi and Paige (local host) are extremely responsive, friendly, and knowledgable. During a week-long stay, we never had a bad minute in San Pancho!

This is a stunning home, even better than the pictures! Our group of 10 friends had so much fun in San Pancho and this was the perfect base for our trip! The home is super well equipped and Sergio was a great host. As others have mentioned, the roosters are super loud so it’s not the most peaceful location but this definitely didn’t detract from our enjoyment.

This house was perfect for multi generational family (multiple levels is something to think about if mobility is issue) We had more than enough space for all family members to gather either on deck off kitchen, upper deck where bbq and fire table overlooks ocean view and the stars at night were incredible. If that’s not enough, the spectacular infinity pool was amazing to relax, swim or play card games outside, or sneak off on your own and find plenty of spaces in or out to read your favourite book. This was the perfect end to our vacation as was quiet but only a 10 minute walk to beach or 20 min car ride to SAN Pancho (SAN Francisco) where that small town vibe with markets, many restaurants and ocean front greets you. We had all we needed for a perfect getaway and hosts were very responsive to our needs. Thanks for a wonderful getaway.

We had the most incredible stay at Sundaram! This home is exquisitely beautiful, immaculately clean, and impeccably cared for. It is so comfortable and has everything you need plus so many luxuries. We immediately felt right at home. The private pool is stunning and was cleaned several times during our stay. Abraham and Felipe are the most gracious hosts - we were lucky enough to meet them briefly, and they are the kindest, most welcoming people. Barbara also helps host, and she is so lovely and helpful. She met us upon our arrival, showed us around the home, and helped us settled in. They were all readily available throughout our stay and provided recommendations for activities and restaurants. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our hosts and this stunningly beautiful home in the sweet town of San Pancho. Thank you so much, Abraham, Felipe, and Barbara for your kindness and for the most amazing week. Everything exceeded our wildest dreams and we hope to see you again soon!

The house was great… Clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool was really nice. Andrew and Laura were friendly and responsive. The house was perfect for our stay.

The house has a spectacular view. The pool is enough to take the heat off . It is very cool as the wind runs throughout the entire house . The beds are comfortable , me junkets liked a little more full crockery and some drinks but for a few days you will have what you need. Communication with Maria and her husband was fluid and very cordial. Always with an extraordinary disposition to details. It's a good place to enjoy Careyeros beach with the family . Just consider taking very good care of small children . Being able to go down to the playita when the tide goes down makes it a rich activity during the day . The terrace that is on the way down is a quiet area for good photos and a cooler . They make it easy for you to go to the beach caryeros that you can walk in about 6 minutes and you take your car , they bring things down and you save the parking. Very nice house .

Lili’s place was great. We enjoyed the pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and good sized. Definitely recommend if staying in San Pancho!

We spent 5 relaxing and peaceful nights at this lovely well appointed home. The pool and garden were standouts. First time in Lo de Marcos. Very laid back and rustic town with stunning beach. Location was great for exploring other Narayit beach towns. Being pet friendly a plus.

Phenomenal place that provides best of both worlds. The house is very cozy and located in a quit neighborhood at walking distance from downtown/beach ( 20 min). Close enough to walk, but away from the noise and crowds from town. The patio, open space and pool is great to live outside in a very confortable way. We use the pool a lot in the morning, coming back from the beach and before bedtime. Super relaxing and great to cool off. The amount of birds around the house singing was also a great treat. There is a house in construction in front of the property, there is noise coming from it, but it is not to bad. They tend to start later in the morning and were finished when we came back from the beach. Rene is also very helpful and reactive. Provided us all we needed in terms of support and info in a heartbeat. Overall, I really recommend this house, its location, set up and surroundings makes it the perfect spot. You’ll love it.

We had a wonderful stay at Janet's property. Location: nice & quiet, two blocks to the beach (the less busy northside of the beach), very close to a number of good eating places, >10-minute walk to the downtown, and not on the hill! Property Management: The Tu Casa team were excellent and very helpful. Two of them met us upon arrival and provided helpful information. Janet popped by to introduce herself as well. They were very responsive via a W/A group chat, and happy to help with anything related to the property, or visiting Sayulita. House: Very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had quality equipment and everything you need. Excellent coffee table books! Yard and pool: Lovely area and all rooms open out onto this. As disclosed, there is a camera pointed at the swimming pool. The owner resides on the upper levels (separate entrances) but takes care not to be intrusive. Sayulita was a lovely spot for a vacation. We would return to this town, and to this property!

This Airbnb was the highlight of our stay - it was so clean, well-designed, and kept us cool indoors even in the peak heat of the day. The pool was our favorite place to hang out and the view was stunning. Would definitely recommend!

Casa Nida is a very unique and memorable house. We had nine people in our party and we all had great rooms. There are many spaces on the property to find some alone time but also enough room to gather for group meals and games. Pedro at the surf shop downstairs was very helpful and made sure our group had the beach space and boards to enjoy our stay. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this rental.

We had an amazing time during our week here! The views were incredible and the place was exactly as described. Saw some of the best sunsets of our lives from the deck and there was plenty of space to set up and hang out after long days exploring the many towns and beaches nearby! We would highly recommend this place.
