This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

Modern villa with heated pool and sea views

Being fans of nature and sports, whether hiking, cycling, paragliding, golf, surfing, kite or windsurfing, we didn't know very well where to settle, whether next to the Atlantic Ocean or on the contrary near the forest crown in the foothills of Teide. In our search we came across San Miguel, a small town with a lot of charm, away from the hustle and bustle, but with all the amenities at your fingertips. Now with perspective we are sure we have found the perfect balance.

Located in the Tigaiga Natural Park, it is a very quiet place to unwind, well located to get to know the north of Tenerife. Next to the 0.4.0 route, Playa del Socorro to Pico del Teide. @sleephousetenerife Beautiful Canarian-style house with two rooms recently renovated with a large terrace and a swimming pool with solarium and chilling area. The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach.
