Whether you are looking for a quite, private and secluded vacation spot or a home between two local ski resorts (Purgatory and Wolf Creek) this home offers the best of both worlds. This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.

Nestled in an aspen forest with picturesque views of the iconic San Juan mountains, this charming mountain cabin is the perfect place to get away from it all, yet it is less than 5 miles from the heart of Telluride and only 3 miles to the Mountain Village parking garage with ski-in/ski-out access and a free gondola that drops you right into Telluride. The Hogan

Log Cabin (Hogan) on 11 Rocky Mountain acres with heated floors. It is exactly 1 mile from Durango Hot Springs and a mere 20 minute drive from Purgatory Ski Resort. It is also a 15 minute drive from scenic downtown Durango. There are lots of wildlife to see as it is just across the valley from the Animas River. In addition, there is a perfect view of Missionary Ridge and daily sightings of Durango’s historic Narrow Gauge train.
