This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.

Home is very private, set on one acre of land, nestled in the aspens, with views of the Hermosa Cliffs. Now with ping pong and billiards in the remodeled garage!
