Vacation rentals with a pool in San Juan

We loved our stay at Lia’s place! The house was well-cleaned, and they even had welcoming treats for us. Everything in the house was well thought of for guests, love how they provide beach / pool towels and bath towels for us. Ate Jenny is very nice and accommodating, she visited us during the stay to collect our trash. They would also call tricycle service for us for when we needed to go out, since the place is a bit far from the center. The private beach access is one of the best parts — the shore is very clean and nice, you can watch the sunset. Overall, we really liked the place and would definitely come back!

The host is very responsive to my queries. The staff are helpful too. The place is beautiful as seen on the pictures posted. We highly recommend this place to our friends and family. We were a big group of 30 pax and everyone enjoyed and felt comfortable with the place. We love the place!

The place is sulit! accessible to palengke, grocery shop and other fastfood chains. Okay also yung accommodation itself, rooms, kitchen and CRs. Basic kitchen utensils are available pero if you’re cooking big batches need to bring your own kawali and kalderos. Okay din yung neighborhood, hindi maingay and we did nit encounter a problem naman during our stay.

The place is fantastic! Our family truly enjoyed our 3D2N stay. The house was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with toiletries and kitchen essentials—cooking there felt just like home. We especially loved the sustainable setup, with a garden filled with tomatoes, eggplant, rosemary, chili, lemongrass, and papaya. It was both beautiful and inspiring! The owner was kind enough to let us take some rosemary for our steak night, which paired perfectly with the complimentary wine. They also provided camping chairs we could take to the beach to enjoy the sunset—such a thoughtful touch. Huge thanks to the owners and to Ms. Jenny for the warm welcome, the tour, and for being so responsive throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was super clean—every corner spotless and truly up to my standards. It was also fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to grilling tools and even condiments. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all our requests. When we needed extra chairs, they provided them right away. Even the caretaker and guards were helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The best part? The beach was just a stone’s throw away! Plus, the house itself was very aesthetic—perfect for relaxing and taking photos. Highly recommend!

for a group of 6 people, the airbnb place is a well-suited accommodation for our trip. the house is very spacious, clean, and has a cozy ambiance. the interiors are designed conveniently as well, catered to multiple users with several power outlets, complete amenities as listed, and functional appliances. the host, ms. lorelie, easily answered our questions before our stay and the caretaker, sir jonathan, has been very approachable when we had some concerns during the stay as well. unfortunately, the date of our trip to la union has been affected due to a 12-hour scheduled power outage in the area. they informed us about the outage prior to this. they have been considerate to our situation and accommodated our needs for the unexpected utility inconveniences. overall, the service has been pleasant for us and we'll definitely visit again in the future when they expand their premises :)

Great location and host. The kids and I enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and comfortable….only down, not a lot of hooks for clothes/towels and side tables for your stuff but host accommodated all our requests :)

The host was very friendly and accommodating. I accidentally left my LocknLock Tupperware after checking out, and she kindly offered to hand-deliver it to us in Manila—even though we had already retrieved it. The room was exactly as described: cozy, clean, and comfortable. Guards at the lobby were very approachable and helpful too. Near Cozy Cove and Teachers Camp. Walking distance to SM Baguio, if youre up for it. Would definitely book again if i ever visit Baguio.

Ms Jennifer and Ms Judy really took care of us. They were both very hospitable and friendly. The place was easy to find, most taxi drivers know where it is. We felt very secure at Jennifer’s unit since there’s always security in the lobby and elevator cards that limits the access per floor, plus cctvs in the hallways. The unit was clean and quite spacious for three people. It has a balcony that has a nice view, we thoroughly enjoyed having our morning coffee out there. One thing to note is you should buy your essentials (especially drinking water) before check in, as there’s no convenience store in the building. But the nearest 7-11 is just around 5-min walk Overall we had a very relaxing, wonderful stay. Would definitely book again on our next visit! Thanks Ms Jennifer!

The place was very good! It’s located near many tourist attractions. The host was very responsive and the place was spot on, from the room until the hotel itself.

The place had a great view and is very accessible to the main road, and that made transportation very easy. It also included a lot of things such as a microwave, an electric stove, a fridge, a hair dryer, ironing tools, a fan, etc. Additionally, their place also gave us access to gyms and pools, which was a great addition to our stay. Their place was very comfy, it felt really expensive, but in reality, it was really affordable, especially with the benefits it brings. My only concern is that the blanket is shedding cotton on all the bedsheets and clothes, and the door lock for the bathroom was malfunctioning, but it still works; you just have to give it a push. Overall, the pros surpass the cons, and we had a very fun time. Thank you so much!

kaith‘s Corner is very cozy, spacious and it felt like home.. we had a minor Problem but the host‘s are friendly and Good people, i would always choose a place where respect and kindness are felt and seen..
