From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful weekend, the apartment does not lack any detail, very clean and tidy, ideal for spending a few days with the family. Carmen, the host, is a beautiful person, very helpful and kind. We recommend it 100%, we will repeat!!!!

The stay exceeded my expectations: the communication with the host was quick and very friendly, the location is unbeatable (close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood) and the house is spotless: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

It is a very nice place away from the hustle and bustle with a beautiful bathing bay. From the apartment you have a view of the sea. The apartment has everything you need, we were very satisfied.

Very nice stay. The accommodation is unbeatable. The views from the window are spectacular. Very well located for touring the island. You have bars, restaurants, supermarkets very close by. At night, you can only hear the sea. Parking is impossible, but you have the option for a little more for private parking, which I recommend. It's one of the best places I've stayed in. Eugenia is very friendly. It's there for you when you need it. Perfect accommodation and hostess.

The views from the apartment are spectacular: we woke up every day with the Atlantic in the front row and, at night, sleeping with the sound of the sea was tremendously relaxing. Although the morning weather did not always accompany us, waking up to the ocean more than made up for it. The listing description matches 100% with what we found and has everything you need to prepare something light; it also includes a practical beach pack, so you don't need to buy extras. The lack of mobile coverage helps you disconnect, and the fiber is powerful for "whatsapping". Thank you, Nazaret, for your attention and for a very simple check-in/check-out!

when we arrived the flat was pristine. there was a welcome basket of fruit and cookie's. there was also toothbrush and paste,shampoo, shaver dressing gowns, bottled water etc . the flat is right on sea and has amazing views. restaurants and small town are three minute walk as are beach and amazing lido. we had a wonderful stay for ten days.

Great apartment in a really excellent and yet quiet location. Downtown and beaches are a few minutes' walk away. Apartment itself spacious, clean and bright. Sea sounds with the window open. Juan was extremely friendly and gave helpful tips for exploring Puerto de la Cruz. The option to rent an underground parking space from the host is also very helpful and recommended.

A home with 180° sea view, sunset, gentle waves, birdsong and the cozy, pleasantly warm wooden cottage - we spent 3 weeks in paradise. The swimming pool is wonderful for a few laps and a few ball throws are a must, we also spent days only on the property and explored the harbor and the entire steep slope area - the property itself is not overlooked. We came with a Citroën C 4 and the steep, narrow road is therefore carefully but easily passable, downhill you use the turning plate before the way to the harbor. Everything was prepared tiptop for us, fast communication and early check-in - a great vacation thanks to Juan Carlos and his wonderful Finca de la Paz. Viola from Ulm

Place was lovely, clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday! Pool area was clean and tidy and all amenities were in good working order. The neighborhood was friendly and had everything we could’ve needed. Very responsive hosts who made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would visit again!!

Absolute paradise! Set in the middle of a plantation with stunning sea views. Quiet and peaceful, fabulous starry night skies. Would highly recommend for a relaxing break.

The stay at Carina's was idyllic. The apartment is in a quiet area, near Icod: it is therefore ideal for those who have a relaxing holiday in mind. There is ample parking that allows you to always leave your car near the house. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect stay, absolutely nothing was missing. The ocean view is amazing, it gave us dinners with memorable sunsets. If we return to Tenerife, we will definitely choose Carina's apartment again.

An unbeatable apartment if you want to be in a quieter area of Tenerife and away from the crowded tourism, and also with a beautiful apartment, as seen in the photos. In addition, Santiago was very kind throughout the stay, in no other Airbnb had I received a welcome gift! A 10 for that kind of detail.

Dear Andrés and Natasha, Thank you for making this dream house by the sea accessible to guests. For us, the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever had. It is a real gem, beautifully decorated and has high rooms with an exciting floor plan. It is right by the sea and easy to find. The different terraces and window fronts were amazing. For example, we were able to watch our children playing on the beach from the lower seat while relaxing in the deck chair. All rooms are very inspiring and the constant sound of the waves allowed us to sleep very relaxed. The view from the living room and the upper bedroom is unique and very romantic. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Under these circumstances, it was not bad that the Wi-Fi had failed a few times. I had a fantastic stay in Tenerife! The apartment was just perfect — clean, stylish, and very comfortable with amazing view on the cliffs . It had everything I needed for a relaxing time, and the location was excellent — close to cafes, shops, and public transport, but still quiet and peaceful. Christian was very proactive in sending us instructions and good addresses. The views are very nice. The apartment is better than in the photos, the sofa has been changed. 🙂 Very well-equipped, washing machine and dishwasher with doses, very appreciable. Namely, the apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator access. The area is very quiet, but the soundproofing in the residence is quite light, you can easily hear the neighbors. I don't think we were very lucky, but the sky was still overcast with a lot of wind (early June), while 30 minutes away by car, we found the sun and the heat. The city is quite small and not very lively, for people who want peace and quiet, it's very good, otherwise it's better to drive a little to visit the surroundings. 1-1.20 hours from Teide hikes, 1 hour from Los Gigantes and Puerto de la Cruz, the location is good if you like to move 🙂
