We had a great stay, the location is perfect - right on the point and walking distance to restaurants and board rentals nearby. The place itself is modest but it suited our needs, since the main priority for us was proximity to the surf.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was immaculately clean and in the perfect location. The hosts have truly thought of everything—from an iron and hair dryer to a welcome drink in the fridge and a helpful area guide. Every detail made our stay more comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

The accommodation is exactly as shown, and for people who like to travel with our dogs, it is also very comfortable to have a very good garden space. Enma always showed a lot of willingness to help in any way possible and was always attentive to any needs. I definitely recommend the accommodation

Everything was impeccable, Mr. Hector's availability and attention was always very helpful and the communication was very accurate. We had a problem with the blender and as soon as he could, he was at the house to solve the problem. The house in general is in excellent condition, there is no but, on the contrary, I'd like to congratulate you on the condition of the house, everything working💯, the house is very comfortable and the view it has towards the golf course gives it an extra plus, as the pool is in excellent condition and with a very good view and the water at the right temperature. I highly recommend it. My family and I were left with a very good taste in our mouths and we would definitely rent it again for our future vacations

We loved the setting and beach of this place. Very serene. Highlights included beach combing, discovering tide pools, watching the tides come in, the birds, walking around the points to the adjoining beaches. Very peaceful. The small bay right at our beach was great, rocky and sandy- enjoyed the privacy. There are several little places to eat within walking distance. We rented bikes to ride into Tronc- a quick / hot 15 min. We enjoyed hanging out under the palapas (2) and enjoyed the pool, which was pretty small (when it wasn't being used by the other families) We're a couple, so it was a little loud with kids sometimes from the neighbor unit. The deck overlooks the pool and beach, so that's part of the experience here. The bedrooms were on the small side, dark and cool good for sleeping. The bathrooms were nice. The kitchen was supplied with the things we needed including a coffee press and grinder. We had issues with the TV staying on when trying to play music.

The place was spotless, everything was very nice, no problems. In addition, they gave me the opportunity to pick up the key long before check-in so I could do my activities without worrying about arriving before the latest check-in time.

This apartment is paradise. It is perfectly equipped with everything you need, internet works great, location is amazing on a quiet gorgeous bay, Ana Paula is an incredible host. We’ll be back! The apartment is located just steps from the village Majahua, and a ~45 min walk to Troncones proper. There are tons of nearby restaurants with great food! Ana Paula is a perfect host, giving all the info you need to enjoy your vacation. The apartment is perfectly equipped - with kitchen supplies, beach towels, as much as you need fresh water, etc. The building is very well managed with staff to clean your flat, refill your water, etc.

We had a great time in Troncones. The house, amenities, cleanliness and space were just what we needed. We were a family of 9 so the place was more than enough for us. Eric was very attentive to messages and answered my questions, and Jonathan was exceptional at responding to messages. I would come back to this place without any problem. I read some comments that there was a lack of space for large groups, or that the entrance to the beach was not very good, and the truth is that for my whole family everything worked perfectly. My 75-year-old mother was able to go to the beach several times alone from the house without any problem, although you have to be careful because the last steps are made of stone without finishing and are not level. Maybe if they put a railing thinking of our elderly loved ones, it would be great. We hired a local family to cook for us and the truth is that it went very well - fresh food and local seasoning. Our stay was very pleasant, the host was in contact from the start for any questions that arose, the location is perfect and very central, close to the beach, pharmacies, markets etc. We arrived and everything was clean and tidy; with the necessary utensils for the stay. The pool was always clean and with a quiet atmosphere, perfect to relax. We would definitely stay here again.

Homer is a very friendly, and flexible person. The cabin is rustic but beautiful and comfortable. As it is elevated it feels like being in a little house on the trees Excellent view of the trees in the salad, it was not very pleasant. Very spacious beds and comfortable mattresses. Because of the location, the place feels secluded. However, by car one quickly reaches the beaches, Ixtapa or the town of San Jose. There were some mosquitoes, but the bedrooms have mosquito nets. It is a place where one can save well and enjoy the beaches.

I was fascinated, the place and the service from Bera, Lupita and her husband was the best. We had a great time . The house is very clean, the pool is also very clean and we had it just for ourselves, the beaches are very close by car. It is close to the hotel area of Ixtapa, less than 10 minutes away. Private and quiet subdivision. I would recommend it 10/10

Very good economic option for the family, the patio is ideal for pets is spacious and fully closed. The wifi and appliances work perfectly. It is a 10 min drive to the beach and a 15 min drive to the hotel zone. Very friendly and attentive hosts.

The house is beautiful, very homey, very clean and comfortable. The host Ofelia is always attentive at all times. I would stay again on my next vacation.
