This place was a hidden gem, if you’re looking for a peaceful home away from home this is the house for you. This place was impecable and cozy. The property manager was 3 minutes away and always available, I was greeted with flowers and a lovely note. Checkin and check out was flexible, I was never rushed out which for me was a blessing because a had an infant with me. There were lots to do in town, specially in the month of August. The only negative thing, which wasn’t a huge deal was that the electronic gate was broken and I had to manually push it to get in and out. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Brendy and Reina for your excellent hospitality.

Best place to stay in Moncion. A good old fashion Airbnb with a full kitchen with water bottles ready to drink, coffee, and even oil to cook. Same with the bathroom, fully stocked. This place was great, peaceful and safe. The owner was amazing! If we come back we'll be staying there again

Our family really enjoyed staying at this Villa. The location was perfect allowing for privacy but also made it very easy to get into town. Rosa met us there upon arrival and gave us a full tour of the home and answered any questions we had. The home was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with a coffee maker and microwave. The backyard was definitely the highlight. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. We were able to have a bbq in the back. There was plenty of seating and space for everyone. We also appreciated that there was a washer and dryer in the home which really helps when traveling with kids. The attention to detail was amazing and the extra effort never went unnoticed. Rosa was attentive when we had an issue with the entrance door and handled it immediately. The effort didn’t stop upon checkout. One of our family members forgot a headphone in the home before we checked out and Rosa was able to return it. We loved staying here and would stay here again. Amazing place

Beautiful apartment, super comfortable, equipped with everything you need for an excellent stay, you feel at peace to sleep, I simply love it and recommend it 100 percent, besides Vanessa is very responsible, a very professional host, kind, and always at your service for any eventuality. It will be one of my favorite places in San Jose de las Matas.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in the Dominican Republic. The apartment was clean, safe, and very comfortable. Communication with the host (Gracie) was excellent, with quick and helpful responses throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again on my next visit.

Beautiful, Clean, and cozy and very well organized. Loved it! Only one thing they need to fix, and that is the water pressure. Barely any water to shower with .
