Everything was excellent, the apartment was impeccable, modern and functional, with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Very good view and a nice balcony. Everything was impeccable, there were 4 of us and we were very comfortable, the spaces are large, nice, neat and a quiet area. We traveled to see Peñarol in Asuncion, we will definitely be back!

The building is beautiful. The view is wonderful. The pool was divine. The area is super quiet, ideal for walking in the afternoon and evening.

Excellent apartment, one of the best airbnb's I've stayed in. It's a real home, well decorated and filled with all needed amenities. All communication with the host was great, he really took care of me. The building itself is in a good quiet location and very close to a big supermarket. I enjoyed this place so much that I booked a second, extended stay shortly after my first. Highly recommended.

Excellent property very large and spacious. Many trees and nature in one of Asunción's most exclusive neighborhoods. Special for large groups where they will have all amenities. Near the major mall and most upscale in the city. Spotless

A great place to stay for a short or long time. For a long time it would be better to have more facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. It has a small stove and a square heladerita. Both could be bigger for a more comfortable long stay (minimum 2 burners and a bigger fridge), although my partner and I stayed for an entire month and it was quite good, somehow we managed to fit everything in the mini fridge jajaj. Good place, near Mariscal Lopez Avenue where you take any collective to go to Asunción or wherever. It is close to 2 Biggies (minisupermercados 24 hs), the Shopping Pinedo (where there is a supermarket Areté), near the Ciclovía de San Lorenzo, which became super cute, is spacious, very green. And also close to the campus of the National University of Asunción. The room is comfortable, the bed and pillows are comfortable. In the house they facilitate washing and dry clothes with the sun.

I’m a digital nomad, I work remotely and explore by car. There was plenty of space for me to sit and work and for my brother to study. The garage is spacious. Inside it’s very cool thanks to plentiful aircos. The internet is stable and fast. There are two gyms just next to the apartment and a big store “Superseis” nearby that has everything one could need. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at this home. We went with a group of friends and the house is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a relaxing stay! The neighborhood is quiet and has several nearby services, such as supermarkets and service stations, which makes it very convenient. What really stands out is the host's attention and willingness, always ready to help and ensure that your stay is perfect. Definitely a great option for those looking for comfort and good service!

Beautiful duplex apartment, located in one of the best areas in Asunción. Everyone was very friendly and attentive to any details that were resolved immediately. We would definitely come back.

After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.

Modern building with spotless gym/pool area. Apartment in pristine condition and hostess always eager to help upon request, when minor issues showed up.

Excellent experience. I recommend this accommodation 100% for those who want to spend a few days in the capital of Paraguay, as it has all the amenities, in addition to being safe and very conveniently located. Self check-in is a highly valued advantage. I would wash it with great taste again.
