Appartamento di 100 metri quadri nel cuore di Cagliari. Situato all'interno di un palazzo signorile del 1912, presenta bellissimi soffitti alti e affreschi originari. Dal balcone si gode di una piacevole vista sui tetti di Villanova, il Bastione di Saint Remy e la Chiesa di San Giacomo. La panoramica è così ampia che in lontananza si intravedono il mare, la Sella del Diavolo, la Basilica di Bonaria e altri luoghi simbolo della città. Dalla cucina si vede la Torre Campanaria della Cattedrale.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Villa "Lux" (Light in Latin) is a luxury and design villa with a private pool. Located in Pula, a small town, a tourist gem in the southwestern part of Sardinia about 30 km from Cagliari, the villa is located in the heart of a 500 hectare estate of lush vegetation. Villa Lux offers a very bright interior space with large windows overlooking the private garden with its 50 sqm swimming pool. Upstairs is the terrace of about 130 square meters.

The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
