Beautiful, finely furnished apartment with a wonderful terrace overlooking the Arno river. Consisting of a spacious bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom, a kitchen and a comfortable living room with the large terrace, equipped with green plants and a table and chairs to fully enjoy them. The house features furnishings of notable taste, with ancient and other modern elements. We are located in the Santo Spirito district, best neighborhood in the city center and close to all the attractions.

On the fourth floor with lift it consists of an entrance with living room and kitchen, two double bedrooms with king size beds, bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is an office and another bedroom with a double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and small terrace on the roofs. Wifi, AC and heating make it perfect.
