The hosts (Juan and Mrs. Laura) are a sweetheart since they are excellent people, they were always attentive. It's a great place to rest and vacation as they made us feel like we were at home. Arriving in Oaxaca and with the warm welcome of Chayito was what made my day, she was very nice and attentive, very accessible, the fact that she was waiting for me on my arrival gave me that peace as if I were at home. Chayito, thank you so much, may all the wishes in your heart come true. The apartment is very nice, clean and tidy, sleeping in a bed like the one in the apartment, really gives you a restful sleep, the area is very quiet, it is very easy to get to the Zócalo from the apartment and two houses away, there is a restaurant where the Mazatlán chef cooks delicious food. From Alejandro, family and Chayito, may God continue to bless you greatly.

The suit is very tidy and beautiful, it feels very nice to the view , the bed is very comfortable , there are places very close to buy basic necessities, in addition to a coffee shop and a place with enough fresh fruit and vegetables , if you have no problem moving about 10 minutes from downtown by car,it is an excellent place to stay.

We loved staying at Rodrigos spot! comfortable accommodations. He left us earplugs and had streaming services we could use! Had water waiting for us which was much appreciated after a long trip and we hadn't gotten water yet. Rodrigo was so detailed and helpful and responsive and kind. Beautiful surroundings. Comfortable bed. AC. Hot water. Many lighting options for low light which we loved. Lots of closet and drawer space. Short walk to food stalls, restaurants and convenience stores. 20-30 min walk down hill to El Centro. If the windows are closed, it's releatively quiet compared to the city as a whole. There was also a surprise terrace which we loved to hang out on!! We hope to return! Thank you Rodrigo and family!

I stayed in Casona Juarez for one month and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thoughts regarding this Airbnb are: *The place is like the pictures: two TVs, vaulted ceilings, and a wonderful bathroom. The space is clean, modern, and spacious. *Location—You can beat it! It is between the Zocalo and Santo Domingo. Many restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops are within close walking distance. * Safety—Even though this is a street-facing, ground-floor unit, it is very secure. Safety was not a concern. Also, the neighborhood felt safe to walk around day or night (I was usually home by 10:00 p.m.). *Communication - Luis would respond to any message I sent within minutes. Communication was prompt, courteous, and informative. *Tafrric noise—The noise did not bother me at all, but it could be a concern if you are sensitive to noise. Fumigation-They occasionaly fumigate for mosquitos. I would ask them to wait to fumigate your apartment until after you leave. Overall, an excellent place to stay!

The house is large, in a good location, 15 minutes by taxi, approximately, from the historic center. The area feels safe for walking. The house is well secured. It was impeccable. It has everything you need for cooking. There were water jugs available. Mariela was attentive and answered any questions quickly. Next door there is a laundry. On the same block there are 2 pharmacies. On the opposite sidewalk there is a mini-supermarket for basic needs. About a block away there is a Bancomer, 2 bakeries. It has hot water and air conditioning in all the bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house is as seen in the photos. We would stay there again! There is a TV in one of the rooms and another in the living room, we were very comfortable for a week! Thank you! I definitely recommend it!

It was a pleasant stay, good location, as well as good communication with the host

The house is just as shown in the pictures, everything is in very good condition, very modern, convenient parking, it is away from the center in an area with businesses, if you don't have a car it's not so easy to get around by taxi at least when leaving the house, the entrance street is unpaved, a quiet and very peaceful area. It has enough dishes in the kitchen, and enough water in the jug. Highly recommended Air-conditioning works perfectly

A perfect stay in a beautiful home in Oaxaca I loved my stay in this house! It is not only very beautiful, tastefully decorated, but also extremely comfortable and pleasant to stay in. Each space is well thought out, bright and clean, with all the essentials to feel at home. The location is ideal: close to everything, whether it's markets, restaurants, museums or the typical alleys of the historic center. You can do anything on foot, which is super convenient. This is a property that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to spend a peaceful and authentic stay in Oaxaca. I would definitely stay again!

I would come back definitely if I am in Oaxaca again. Also, the person that was there was very helpful. The place is very quiet and very clean.We sleep very well every night after visiting a few of the tourist places. Everything is just a few minutes away by car.

Excellent family option for a few days in Oaxaca!!! About 10 minutes from downtown by car, the house met all expectations. The pool on hot days is a plus. Very good communication with Emiliano, including local recommendations.

Carla's house was kitted out very well with all of the kitchenware required for cooking and cleaning. Nice dining area and lots of space for relaxing etc. A very good property with all you need for both short and longer term stays. The house is a good size with two good bedrooms. The room we used had a comfortable bed and lots of space for clothes etc. Having the private pool was great. The pool is a good size and we used it every day. Carla's dad, Carlos (a really nice man) let us into the property made the offer of help if we needed it at anytime Located in a typical Mexican village where there is a good market in the centre of town and fantastic market on Thursdays (well worth a visit) We did't use the local shops and restaurants but everyday used the regular bus service (every 10 minutes and cost 10 Pesos) that gave excellent access to Oaxaca city and big supermarkets (the bus journey to central Oaxaca takes 35 to 40 minutes). I highly recommend Carla's place

Leticia was an excellent host. Her love of Oaxaca is evident in her sharing all the things to do in this unique city. She provided a lot of information directly to her guests, which included, restaurant suggestions, landmarks to make sure are on your list, updating you of festivals occurring during your stay and details about the markets which offer something to everyone. We had such a wonderful stay at Casa Tilantongo - thank you for being such amazing hosts. The moment we arrived it felt like home - beautiful flowers on the table, water and snacks in the kitchen. Lots of thoughtful details to make for a comfortable stay for 6 weeks with our children, and such a fresh and modern space. The kitchen is well equipped and a great space for preparing food. Senora Paty, who comes and takes care of the plants/garden and patio areas is so lovely and does a great job. We loved being a bit out of Centro and supporting the local community businesses. Fresh tortillas around the corner everyday, fresh queso up the road, and the tastiest tortes not far and elotes coming past at night. Plus can’t forget Raices y Tierra across the road for delicious tacos and tlayudas! We made use of the local buses often and taxis to Centro which was affordable. A favourite air bnb! we hope to come back again to stay here (Oaxaca is amazing) as is Casa T!

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Zócalo, downtown, and all the main tourist attractions. The neighborhood is safe, peaceful, and very private, making it ideal for getting work done or simply relaxing. The house itself is beautiful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Highly recommended for digital nomads or anyone looking for a quiet, centrally located sanctuary in the heart of the city. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Everything was great, close to downtown, good communication, they let us in early. I would only suggest changing the mattresses, they are very hard, but apart from that everything is excellent.

Very quiet stay, close to Centro by car and always very sloping Salvador. The check in instructions were very clear and we felt safe, we always had hot water, Wifi and access to the car. No doubt when we return to Oaxaca we would stay at Casa Nogui again.
