Although this is a shared home/entry, the Airbnb is entirely separate with privacy & a stunning view of the mountains! Whether you’re visiting one of the ski resorts (~35 minute drive), hiking, relaxing, or sightseeing, our place is a central location to access all areas of the valley & only a 15 minute drive from the airport! There’s also a designated work area overlooking the mountains!🏔️🎿🧗‍♂️🚵‍♀️🏂

It is a beautiful, modern and clean basement apartment in West Valley City, UT. Everything is brand new. Memory foam mattresses, high end appliances, granite counter top, tile bathroom, new washer and dryer and more.. Separate apartment for full privacy. (this is our home and some noise/footsteps should be expected) We’re conscious of our guests and keep quiet. The home is located in a safe cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking. The Apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, Queen bed, Huge TV, and a large living room space. Make yourself at home in the spacious backyard including a basketball court and swing set.

One important "con"... it's a little noisy. Didn't really bother us but something to be aware of. Mike's office shares a wall with the main level bedroom so you can hear his phone calls, videos, etc. and you can hear the living room TV from down the hall. They also rent out the hottub by the hour which is right outside the bedroom window so it may be extra noisy, like when 3 college kids use it from 9‐11pm lol. Airbnb guests get priority use though! Everything else was awesome! Mike and Ginette are so friendly, fun, and accommodating. We enjoyed getting to know them and appreciated their respective for our privacy. Their dog is sweet as well! The home is beautiful, clean, and well kept. They provide toiletries, towels, robes, slippers, coffee, a laundry room, and more! The room is cozy but desperately in need of a new mattress. The downstairs bathroom is pristine, well stocked with toiletries, and conveniently located nextdoor to the bedroom. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Really nice quiet neighborhood. I felt safe and secure. The home is very spacious and immaculate. The room was very clean and orderly. Grace and her team were extremely nice. Great communication and interaction with the host. I highly Recommend this Place. You will not regret it!!

Great spot for remote work, and just a short drive to the LCC/BCC ski resorts. At this price point, you won’t find a better option in SLC.

Really enjoyed staying at Tina’s place, it was perfect for a short weekend stay and had everything you need to be comfortable. Tina is also very nice, hope to stay again if I’m back in the area.
