The hosts (Juan and Mrs. Laura) are a sweetheart since they are excellent people, they were always attentive. It's a great place to rest and vacation as they made us feel like we were at home. And the conditions are excellent to feel comfortable in a clean, safe and very spacious place. See you again next month. Thank you.

This place is super cute and comfortable. The kitchen is complete with everything you need (coffee maker, blender, stove, utensils, Tupperware etc). The shower is hot, the internet is strong enough for zoom calls. Hosts are friendly and helpful. Plenty of natural light. It is a 40 min walk to downtown or an 80-120 peso taxi ride. There is a grocery store near by and restaurants walking distance. I recommend this place. I would stay there again.

This Airbnb was a real haven. The room was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, everything was very clean and best of all, it was just a few minutes away from downtown Oaxaca. Adrian was always attentive to our stay and if we had any questions, he was highly recommended ✨

I stayed in Casona Juarez for one month and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thoughts regarding this Airbnb are: *The place is like the pictures: two TVs, vaulted ceilings, and a wonderful bathroom. The space is clean, modern, and spacious. *Location—You can beat it! It is between the Zocalo and Santo Domingo. Many restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops are within close walking distance. * Safety—Even though this is a street-facing, ground-floor unit, it is very secure. Safety was not a concern. Also, the neighborhood felt safe to walk around day or night (I was usually home by 10:00 p.m.). *Communication - Luis would respond to any message I sent within minutes. Communication was prompt, courteous, and informative. *Tafrric noise—The noise did not bother me at all, but it could be a concern if you are sensitive to noise. Fumigation-They occasionaly fumigate for mosquitos. I would ask them to wait to fumigate your apartment until after you leave. Overall, an excellent place to stay!

We just had a 5 night stay at this amazing apartment. It was very well presented and comfortable. It was located in such a great area and walkable to everything. The apartment was secure and we felt safe. As other reviews mentioned the bathroom could do with a revamp but it’s totally functional and always had hot water. The kitchen is well equipped for simple breakfasts and reheating food. The bed is super comfortable and huge! We enjoyed watching movies from it after a long day of walking around the city! We had no loud noise from the bar across the road- a little road noise but earplugs sort that out. The host were very responsive and kind. Thanks for having us. We’d say again if we returned to beautiful Oaxaca! 🙏🏻

What a wonderful place to stay in Oaxaca City (and my second time)! The studio is impeccably clean, cozy and thoughtfully and tastefully designed. I appreciated details such as a comfortable mattress, a full range of basic kitchen tools, and a hand towel and bath mat in the bathroom (details often missing in even mid range lodging in Mexico). I loved being in a typical neighborhood of local families and businesses, while still within walking distance of the historic center (about 25 minutes, depending on your pace). The studio is one of several behind a locked gate and the shared courtyard is pleasant, peaceful and secure. The high speed fiber optic wifi was excellent for my video conference work, without any issues. Anabell and Jorge were exceptional hosts- always prompt, thorough and helpful in communications, and warm, gracious, and friendly in all interactions! It is evident that they genuinely enjoy hosting, and take pride in the service that they offer. Highly recommended!

Visiting Oaxaca in April was a joyful, unique, and heartwarming experience. We were truly impressed by the city's charm and warm atmosphere, and especially by Rocio’s friendly and kind attitude. The home was clean and beautifully decorated with a colorful, local theme that added to the authentic experience. Rocio went above and beyond to help us—she arranged taxis for us (which was nearly impossible through Uber) and even generously provided fresh fruits at no cost. Her hospitality made our stay even more memorable!

Nahum is one of the best hosts I've ever stayed with! My guests and I are allergic to fragrances and unfortunately the use of scented cleaning products is very difficult to overcome. Even though we were unable to stay as long as planned for this reason, Nahum and his team did everything possible to make our stay a great one. They are kind, responsive, and thoughtful. The casa is beautiful and very central to everything. I would recommend Nahum as a host to anyone anytime!

An accommodation that's worth what you pay for. Although the area is not very close to the center, it offers speed on the main avenues. It's not difficult to get there and the house is in a safe area. It has extra amenities that sometimes make you want to stay in the house, excellent accommodation.

This place was truly so stunning and Sara could not have been a more gracious host. I unfortunately got very sick during our stay but was still so grateful to be in such a beautiful place for it. The hot tub was wonderful with a view that made you feel like you were fully in nature. They even brought in an electric kettle so I could make tea and gave us their personal doctor information so I could get seen. I would keep in mind it isn’t entirely private there’s places right next door and you can kinda see in when it’s day time and blinds are open. Some drapes and extra hooks in shower would be nice but otherwise it’s so worth it for a short trip since it’s a little pricy. Would absolutely stay again.

Carlos is a GREAT host, always attentive and very kind. We really liked the accommodation, we really felt at home; the facilities are very comfortable, clean and pleasant. It is the perfect place to spend family time. Thank you very much for the hospitality!

Hitzel was an amazing host. Very accessible and always willing to help and answer our questions from the beginning. His instructions for entering the house were very clear and he was attentive to us until we settled in. He even recommended us to a doctor when several of us got sick. The place was perfect to spend a few days touring the city and its surroundings, we felt at home when we arrived in the evening to enjoy the terrace. We had such a wonderful stay at Casa Tilantongo - thank you for being such amazing hosts. The moment we arrived it felt like home - beautiful flowers on the table, water and snacks in the kitchen. Lots of thoughtful details to make for a comfortable stay for 6 weeks with our children, and such a fresh and modern space. The kitchen is well equipped and a great space for preparing food. Senora Paty, who comes and takes care of the plants/garden and patio areas is so lovely and does a great job. We loved being a bit out of Centro and supporting the local community businesses. Fresh tortillas around the corner everyday, fresh queso up the road, and the tastiest tortes not far and elotes coming past at night. Plus can’t forget Raices y Tierra across the road for delicious tacos and tlayudas! We made use of the local buses often and taxis to Centro which was affordable. A favourite air bnb! we hope to come back again to stay here (Oaxaca is amazing) as is Casa T!

The house is just as it is in the photos, the location is very convenient for going downtown and the area is very quiet.

It was used for a family member and I enjoyed the stay completely, accessible, comfortable, with the necessary amenities for their needs. It met their expectations and they thank you for your kindness and attention

The Airbnb was great, it looked better in person and everything lived up to what it was. The host was incredible at responding and helping out with what we needed. The food recommendations in the apartment were great and Mariana helped us organize a driver to help us get to the airport. Bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean and updated. Nice hot water and great AC. Would love to stay here again.

An excellent place to stay for a few days, accessible and the area is very quiet. The room where we stayed was very good for a couple with everything you need to stay a few days. Communication with the host is excellent, he answers you at all times and is very kind. Simply a great place to visit Oaxaca and its surroundings. I would definitely stay there again.

Very quiet stay, close to Centro by car and always very sloping Salvador. The check in instructions were very clear and we felt safe, we always had hot water, Wifi and access to the car. No doubt when we return to Oaxaca we would stay at Casa Nogui again.
