Beautiful home with a stunning view to sunrise and sunset. Very safe area and the instructions made it easy to find. Home was cozy and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Erick is a top notch host. we have booked several different homes in the San Filipe area with him over the last couple years. all were clean and well represented by him. his communication is great. he is my first call for booking needs and will be in the future as well

They house is great and was really clean when we arrived. We had a small hick up , but was fixed immediately. Beach pulls back way too much and it’s not as good as other ones in the area. (Talking about local beaches) Other than that the house is very safe, big place for a big family as well, felt safe and very clean . I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

Great place close to pool and golf course. Site was found as described. I’m a returning person to El Dorado and first time in this Condo and it was good. 2 car garage also. A few more stairs than I would have liked but managed them all. Has a large patio on the bottom and another good size patio on 2nd floor plus a small balcony off The master.

This place was super nice! If you’re looking for a quiet getaway this is perfect. We had issues with the wifi but Erick responded to the issue so quick it was nice to see he cared about our stay! The city is about 15 mins away so I’d suggest taking your own food and stuff lol! We were about a 7 min walk to the beach but we got super low tide so the water was farrrrr!! Check in was kind of annoying because it’s like a little old guy that’s checking you in and he was kinda slow and low key rude but that’s truly my only complaint- the rest was absolutely amazing!! Garage space is heavenly, kitchen beautiful, bedrooms gorgeous, and bathrooms were spacious. We also took our 3 dogs and they all loved it - there was a perfect enclosed patio space for them!! We’ll definitely be coming again

The house is on the beach. Has great views of the ocean. The water is calm and not cold at all. Ride the Sombrero water raft, about $6 a person. The house is very well kept, roomy, clean, and has wifi. Response from Erick was timely. The house does not provide washcloths in bathrooms. And the reaort only offers 6 pool passes (bracelets). Children don't need one, only adults. This was an inconvenience, just wish we knew that before booking. Also, not allowed to BBQ outside. No use of grills. That was a bummer, we like making Carne asada, and burgers and hot dogs. And the boardwalk is about a 10-15 min drive from the resort. Overall, the house was comfortable and clean.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kerry's place. Kerry and his wife went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were so fast at responding to text messages. They gave us great restaurant recommendations and fun things to do in the area. We would not have discovered so many fun things to do in San Felipe if it wasn't for Kerry's advice. The Airbnb itself was very cute and SO CLEAN. Honestly one of the cleanest airbnbs I've ever stayed at. The location totally fit our needs. We travel with our dog and it was very dog-friendly.

Loved this place! Hung out under the palapas during the day and walked to restaurants at night. Will come back for sure!

Great place to stay, nothing but a short walk and you’re already on the beach in San Felipe shores. Short drive to the Malecon. I love love the little huts right on the sands.

Wonderful

One of our two favorite go-to places when traveling thru. The palapas, parking, gorgeous beach, amazing views, the food and margaritas at both nearby beach restaurants make this place stand out! We love this place. Support animals are an extra $600 pesos.
