Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in San Dionisio

This is like our 3rd and 4th booking sa house nila. We super love the place. Very convenient and it has all the stuff we need sa house. The location is perfect, malapit sa main road and establishments. Peaceful environment din yung location. And super hands on si host. Very cri g and responsive. Will surely book again.

We stayed for almost a whole month and this house did not disappoint. The house is well equipped of all your basic needs, i would even say beyond basic needs. The owners are very helpful and always gives a quick response to queries. They are also very welcoming and tries to accomodate all our needs. The house itself is very clean and the interior is just as pictured. Located in a safe neighborhood.

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

We had a wonderful overnight stay! The place is nestled in the city but feels incredibly homey and relaxing—perfect for a quick recharge. Each room was very clean, spacious, and functional, making our stay extra comfortable. No need to travel outside Metro Manila to enjoy a peaceful escape! The whole team enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. Parking easily fit our 3 cars, and the location is convenient—close to restaurants and fast food spots. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at this property! The unit was exactly as described —clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I really enjoyed the Japanese-inspired vibe. The overall aesthetic was peaceful and inviting, making it easy to relax. I slept well, cooked meals, and spent time unwinding with Netflix. Communication with Christine was excellent—she was proactive in checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. I’ll definitely book this place again the next time I’m in Pasay City. Thank you!

Great stay! I really liked the location! The building was walking distance to a lot of my favorite spots in Makati

We stayed at Balay sa Air for almost a month, and it truly became our home away from home in the Philippines. Nestled right in the heart of Makati’s business district, the location was incredibly convenient—close to groceries, restaurants, and even a pho place just behind the condo that stays open late (a huge plus!). Despite being in a busy area, the neighborhood itself was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Dione and Joan were exceptional hosts. Their responses were practically real-time, and they took care of every need we had without fail. Check-in was seamless and stress-free—they handled everything. We grew so attached to the place that we actually felt a little homesick after we left. That says a lot. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

we absolutely loved our stay! it is well-kept and classy, like staying in a very good hotel suite. The beds were good for the four of us, the place was clean, crisp and the kitchen was well equipped and clean. Great internet and TV apps. The bathroom was spacious and clean, awesome water pressure! We’ve stayed in several Abnbs during our long trip and this is the best one so far! The place smells clean and fresh and it’s located in the heart of Newport City. The hosts are amazing, they are warm and accommodating all throughout. They were kind about a little mishap we had, trusted us and didn’t make a big deal out of it :) It was a short walk to the mall, to food places and stores and Skywalk which we took for our flight. The condo is designed well so there’s a lot of open space, airy and so it smells and looks clean. Will definitely go back for our trips!

Very nice place!! There was a discrepancy at check in, but was redeemed with a 5 star response and action. I highly recommend this condo to all. The two balconies were great!! It made me feel like I was at my old apartment as there was astro turf on one of the balconies. Very cozy for a family stay in Manila!!

Very responsive host. has everything you need. 7 11 and grocery store downstairs. very convenient. behind Makati fire station so can be a little noisy on some nights with sirens but the host supplies ear plugs. aircon works great and kitchen has everything

Ben’s place was such a great find—clean, cozy, and great value for the price. Communication was smooth from the start. Kathleen shared the check-in details clearly, and when I asked if I could drop off my bags early, they kindly offered to let me leave them with the cleaning staff around noon. On the day of my stay, Ben even messaged to say I could check in early at no extra cost—which was a huge help since I had an appointment in Makati and was worried where I could leave my backpack. The unit was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the linens and towels smelled fresh. The kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. It honestly felt like a mini boutique stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Makati.

Had an awesome and seamless stay! Great security within the complex, finding public transport was also a breeze. Place had great interiors and was spotless. Appreciate the drinking water provided by the host as well! Will re-book for future stays!
