My family and I stayed here for our trip back home to the Philippines. There were 7 of us and we were very comfortable here. There was plenty of space so we didn’t feel like we were cramped in together. The house is in a gated area with security, so we felt very safe and it was peaceful and quiet. Everything was great and I would gladly stay with Benny again! Highly recommend!

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Very good owner, easy to reach

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

Great for walking, I could exercise at night without worries and my senior parents could easily walk to SM Sucat safely Unit - Very clean, convenient, everything was working, and our stay was very comfortable. No AC and window in the other room and the outlet was a bit hard to find but it was still very cozy Host - Great host, very considerate and responsive. Had an early flight with my senior parents and they let us check in early at no extra charge. I really appreciate that. I would definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a place to stay in the area - whether it’s a staycation or something else. It’s a very convenient and safe place to stay, the host is very helpful and responsive, and the unit has everything you need. 💯 PS The condo management is kind to cats and let them be! I really love this part too. ☺️

Very simple one bedroom apartment with open style living room dining room and kitchen. Great security and helpful staff on premises with two pools, gym, and walking distance to SM Sucat Grocery and Mall.

Diane was so easy to communicate with. Her place was clean and cozy, as well as the location was very convenient for us. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear, making our stay easy and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! The interior of the place is beautiful, and it was equipped with everything we needed – complete furniture, appliances, and all the essentials which were especially helpful since we were traveling with our toddler. The place was also very clean and had a lovely, fresh scent. One of our favorite features was the hot and cold shower, perfect for our toddler who loves warm baths. The host was incredibly accommodating. She was always in touch, checking in to make sure we were settled and comfortable, and always offered to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again the next time we're in Manila!

Beste airbnb das ich jemals hatte. Farblich sehr schön abgestimmt. Die Gegend ist ruhig. Okada und andere malls sind in der nähe. Gebäude ist ziemlich neu und jetzt nicht so überfüllt und innerlich heruntergekommen wie bgc. Wer mal in einem großem Tower in bgc war der hat definitiv mal vor dem Fahrstühlen warten müssen. Sowas hat man hier nicht. Es gibt viele Utensilien die bereit gestellt werden. Von Zahnbürste bis Waschtrockner sowie kostenlose Snacks ist alles dabei. Selbst kostenloses Trinkwasser. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Gerne wieder

Die Wohnung von Kenda ist wirklich eine der besten in Parañaque. Super sauber, ruhig, sicher, sehr guenstig und nahe am Flughafen. Die Kommunikation mit Kendra ist einfach, Sie reagiert sofort. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service. Bis bald.

The room is clean, and the location is nice because it’s near the mall. The security and safety are good. However, it’s quite far to walk, so transportation is needed. Fortunately, everything is accessible because they provide a shuttle service. The room also has useful amenities inside. Overall, it’s a good place to stay.
