Located on the third floor (penthouse) of a building with an elevator, this modern apartment offers a carefully designed space to ensure maximum comfort. The photos speak for themselves, revealing all the comforts of its facilities: - a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with 4 chairs - a living room with a sofa and Smart TV - Bedroom 1 with a very comfortable 160 cm double bed - Bedroom 2 with a very comfortable 140 cm double bed - and 1 complete bathroom with sink and shower. Within these 52m2, you will find an intimate space that will provide you with the necessary tranquility to recharge after exploring the wonders that Madrid has to offer. It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

You can be at Atocha Station in about 17 minutes. From here you have connections to the Metro, to the rest of Madrid's commuter trains, and to several bus lines. You can also walk to Paseo del Prado, where the main museums are located, or to El Retiro Park, which is 5 minutes away.
