You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. It is a comfortable single room with access to a bathroom via the hallway, which you share with another guest (possibly two). In your room, there is a desk and chair, ideal for working. And a well-functioning air conditioning system. The room is located on the 3rd floor of a small building in a beautiful duplex apartment. You are welcome to use the kitchen and living room and there is also a washing machine.

A gated and very quiet development. Very well connected to all the amenities: transportation, supermarket, shops, restaurants. There is an elevator, garden and in summer community pool. Only two stops away (Atocha and Sol). Possibility of garage on the same block for free upon request.
