I felt right at home, Jet was very kind from the beginning and although he arrived very early in Chiapas, he offered to arrive earlier at the home. If you need something extra and I don't have it, Jet will be happy to provide it. It is a very quiet place and far from the noise, yes, a little far from downtown. The last streets to get to the house are between, sloping, steep, very steep 😅 But if you like walking and climbing, you'll enjoy it, otherwise you can take a taxi, the ones I took were very nice and took me to the house. I had rainy days, personally I love it, the view from the bedroom is not to be missed. I loved the decoration on wooden furniture, simple and comfortable. I couldn't take advantage of the fireplace, but it would be great if you go with someone and rest on the sofa with a nice coffee or glass of wine. San Cristobal has many businesses, for cost and flavor I recommend: El Caldero, Tuluk, La Casa de Wally, Pizza Pachamama and Maria.

My family and I liked the accommodation, very quiet area, quite comfortable beds, good lighting, it had what was necessary in the kitchen, there was hot water, the host was always attentive, it is about 10 blocks from downtown.

Fernando's house is quite nice, it has two floors, two bathrooms (one is just a toilet), and a full kitchen. Going down to the city center, we were about 15 minutes from several restaurants and services. Everything was very practical and we managed to do everything we wanted in the center on foot. Fernando also explained to us how to get to other cities for the tours and recommended drivers, buses and restaurants. All very cordial.

Excellent place. There's only one confusion with the address, it's number 2.

The place is very nice and we would come back. - It's a few blocks away from downtown, away from the nighttime noise, which helps you rest better. - The area feels safe for walking at night and pleasant during the day. - On the same block, there are very inexpensive places to eat and a small store, almost across the street. - My stay was more than four days and they did clean. - The shower water is hot enough. - There was a cleaning person who only came by once, and was always very helpful and kind. - Consider bringing shampoo and soap, as it only has hand soap. - My room had very useful kitchen utensils and a full water bottle. - Some rooms have a table and chairs outside the room to have coffee or chat. - They were friendly and accessible at all times, the way they have for arrival and access is very comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was that I could hear all the noise from the room next door

Super cozy and lovely apartment, I felt safe and comfortable. Not too far to the city; apartment had everything I needed, all working well, friendly and attentive hosts. I loved how surrounded by trees the apartment was, it made it a little bit hidden from neighbours. (Barking dogs, for those sensitive to sounds)

If it is just like the photos... very close to an Oxxo that helps a lot and 12 minutes from downtown San Cris.. take into account that a lot of light comes in in the mornings and that you have to climb a spiral staircase... but everything is fine, the host is very friendly and explains all this before arriving. best regards

The place is very nice to disconnect, there is a shop nearby. It would be good if there were more kitchen utensils, coffee, salt, sugar, etc. The area is perfect!

The Host was very nice and helpful. The only advice is to not brush your teeth with or drink from the facet. The Host provides separate drinking water. The views are amazing from the patio and living area. Its a perfect location yo walk to all and the main square. Also, the beds are very comfortable. Enjoy your stay!

Very nice apartment, despite having only one bathroom, it has a jacuzzi, we really had a great time.

Only issue was the temperature of the water. Hector was clearly in communication here and resolved the problem as soon as possible.
