A short walk of 15 min to get to the beautiful San Clemente State beach or a 5 min drive to the parking lot. You also are in a prime location to be able to surf world famous trestles.

The apartment is located in the heart of downtown San Clemente, within walking distance to everything. Walk out the door and you have your choice of over 20 different restaurants and retail stores to choose from (two of our favorites are right next to our apartment). The beach and pier are a 16 minute walk and on Sundays there is a farmers market that is lots of fun.
